Downloaded the Samsung Magician Software and did the Data Migration from the c: drive to the M.2 NVMe to USB-C enclosure with the Samsung 990PRO 2TB. All went well in 20 minutes. I removed the original Samsung 1TB stick and installed the new one. My desktop started without any issues.

This was used by the Geek Squad to upgrade and repair my laptop. Excellent choice and unbeatable price. Works great. I also recommend joining the Best Buy Total membership. It's an incredible service option and I can't say enough about the courteous and knowledgable service techs. Also. the Smsung transfer app is the bomb. I never lost a bit of data. So I will always stay with Toshiba products. All of my TV's are Samsung.

This drive has been reliable for my gaming PC and has not shown any slow down at all since purchase. I hope it continues to last long, i have no regrets buying this!

I received the item in a damaged box that had multiple stickers on it. When I first checked the drive with the Samsung Magician app, it did not recognize the SSD. I’ve heard reports of counterfeit or mislabeled SSDs being sold as refurbished or open-box items from various retailers, so I proceeded with caution. After reformatting the drive using Windows Disk Management, the Samsung Magician app was finally able to detect it. I also verified the drive using CrystalDiskInfo, which showed only 7 hours of total use. Based on that, I believe it was ultimately a good purchase—especially at half the regular price. Nonetheless, I recommend inspecting and testing carefully upon receipt.

Better than my 990 evo and can handle huge transfers easily

Barely used and runs great! Samsung drives are all I use. Reliable and fast and the Magician software allows me to quickly monitor my drives.

I had my sdd for about a month. The installation was easy and its working as expected. I have been about to download 5 additional games to play and the speeds are fast without a noticeable lag!

It looked so new, I have been using it for 5 months now, I did not see any problem. Wonderful investment on your laptop.

Hard to argue the value of the Geek Squad certified items. Was waiting for this one to pop, the drive usually retails for around $200 and I caught a sale for $130. The hard drive receives an extra check on top of the factory check, and are certified with an additional layer with Best Buy. Works like a charm, and I got it at a decently reduced price. Recommend all day every day.
