Headphones works fine but to charge the right headphone I need to take out the silicone to make contact in the case and charge

Earbuds are performing normally; I was surprised that the case did not have wireless charging. Not as good as the Buds Live earbuds.

I got another product before i get this one but for this one the most thing I like is its stability and the voice is very clear and power. the battery also stays more than the other brands, and it is compatible with most of Samsung and other phones models.

I liked the price but it seems they don't get as loud as I would like but I like when I'm not playing music I can hear everything around me without having to take one of the earbuds out

The sound is exceptional and they last a very long time. Additionally, the case stays charged and recharges the buds after I use them. I wish they were a more recent generation so they would charge wirelessly, but then again I was very happy with the price, so fair trade off.

I purchased these refurbished. I do not know the quality as I recieved the item with missing parts. However, I bought these also in black for my fiance and he loves them. He says the quality is great. Going to return or exchange.

I love them! I’ve tried similar earbuds before but none of them really got me out of the old school wired earbuds. I really like the noise cancelling in these and they sound amazing!

They are alright, but I'll most likely return and buy on ebay instead. Get better warranty for your refurbished products, best buy.
