Love these ear buds have got the three different times.... liked them so much i bought them again... the first refurbished ones were awesome best ear buds i have ever had until i lost one of them ... so i got new ones ...the second ones i got they were refurbished too but for some reason the left ear bud kept disconnecting so i too those back and got a new pare not refurbished and i love them

They are great! I like the noise cancellation so much. I can feel the difference in the background noise as I active them. No issues with the battery so far.

Great sound and settings after downloading the Samsung buds live app. I prefer them on my android but can use them on my iphone as well. Has some issues with iphone for example, When I receive a call i have to disconnect them from my iPhone’s Bluetooth then reconnect to them to get the volume from FaceTime. They also start hurting your ears after having the buds in your ears for long periods of time. Not for people with small ears.

the quality is quite good but it does have an adjustment period where you have to figure out how to use it.

Great sound, good price for it being a used item. I uelse them everyday and i am happy i had purchased it from Besy Buy. It was fast, shipping came earlier than expected. Hands down best place to get electronics.

I lost my left piece when i was at the airport so i thought id just buy a refurbished version to replace it, but to my surprise the it looked like brand new to me. Really good buy!

I had the opportunity to compare these with Consumer Reports top rated headphones (SONY) as I bought those for my wife as a gift. I didn't buy the Sony because they have 1 fatal flaw, they won't stay in your ears. Seriously! Crazy glue wouldn't hold them in! They do have near perfect sound but we found them unusable. I bought the Galaxy Buds Live because my phone is a Samsung & figured they would pair well with my phone and they did that well. Here are some quick pro's & con's Pro's: 1. Paired flawlessly with my Samsung Note 20 Ultra. Really easy to set up 2. A nice app to control them with. 3. Super comfortable fit. They stay in my ears even when I'm working out. 4. Great little charging case with indicator lights for the case battery & the headphones battery. Con's: 1. Sound quality. They're okay but after listening to the SONYs and all my wired headphones these have no high end at all. Everything sounds muddy & indistinct. Guitar solos are flat sounding & cymbals are near nonexistent. I expected much better at this price. 2. Really annoying buttons. These control answering the phone, pausing music, changing tracks, etc. all by a little tap on the side. Sounds convenient except every time you touch them to adjust their position in your ear they change the music! Really annoying! I know that's 4 pros & only 2 cons but I buy headphones mostly for the sound and you'd get better sound from a pair of $10 wired headphones. If I could return them I would, but it's too late. My recommendation to you... Stay away from these and find something else. I'm sure you'll do better. And, if you can, see if you can test the sound quality before you buy.

Great headphones great value fits ear nicely very light

It has two cons and one pro: 1- The phone connection is very poor and when you switch back to a regular phone first thing they tell you "You need to return that thing, I could hear 40% of what I can hear now 100%" 2- Music and connection when you walk from your phone, it has a range of 15 feet top and sometimes right side won't work while left side does. 3- On the pro side the noise canceling is good. I have to disclose that I use it for an iPhone Pro 12 and maybe this is better for Samsung? So I think I will return it if the new order Beat performs better.

I loved them, they have excellent volume, I use them every day, they are very comfortable

I’m very happy with them, took a few days to arrive but they were definitely clean and so was the case: looks brand new no scratches or defects aside from the box being a little dinged up the equipment itself works great and I’m so happy with the money I saved getting it. The beans fit my ear perfectly, better than any before including my apple AirPods

Work really well. Had no problem syncing to my phone and the sound quality is pretty good. I even found a cute case for it to go into.

Sounds good ,all day wear luv the blue color. Connect to my samsung phones fast

They are nice works ok, , but they dont fit in my ears properly after 10 minutes of use they pop out my ears , the noise canceling , only reduce a little. l would like tu return then to buy another model if it is possible .

Just amazing! the sound and the ergonomics are wonderful! I find it hard to find earbuds that fit my ear shape and BY A MOON TRIP and BACK this one really did the job. Is not intrusive and uncomfortable as "stick in your ear hole" rubber earpieces that keep falling on a few moves, or like the apple pods 1st design which dont fit me at all, falls in secs. Give it a try, totally recommended!. buying one for my wife too. I hope they keep evolving this design for the future. The box is not the best quality, but it does the work. the pairing can be done with them in the box or outside the box by pressing the area in the device for pause and play. you cant go wrong.
