Got them refurbished had missing rubber ear pice and ear wax retuned the same day ..

I understand they were refurbished but they were missing the ear pads on the buds and one of the recharge nodules inside was broken. The connectivity is spotty as well. I guess thats what you get when you dont buy new.

Missing the ear squishy part. Bought it referbished and disapointed missing part. Okay sound. Love the color of them. Fit is awkward but once you get it in feels okay. Liked my Jabras more.

The buds don't work great... The noise isn't great at all. I've had these prior. These are my replacement. The sound definitely isn't nice and the box was TORN to shreds. I'm extremely disappointed. Also was missing the rubber things in the end. None were in the box either. I definitely expected more from best buy...

I ordered ap refurbished pair b4 no problems I get this pair i opened the package and it reeked of smoke and they've dirty . There's no rubber pieces to help keep buds in your ear

So I've owned a ton of ear buds, and was looking for something to do calls with all day at work on my computer, as well as my phone, and to listen to music and watch videos on both devices plus a tablet. My current Liberty Air 2s were trouble prone on the computer, and battery wasn't lasting long enough. I thought I would give these refurbished Buds Live a try, and glad I did. They work exceptionally well on Team calls on my computer, just don't shove them too far into your ears (it muffles the microphones). They also sound great for an open design. ANC doesn't do a lot, although interestingly seems to make the bass more pronounced. My favorite thing about these buds is the comfort. I can wear these for hours with no discomfort, which hasn't been the case for in-ear or over-the-ear headphones to date. In fact, most in-ear buds that require a seal to get any bass often don't work for me, apparently because I have unusually large ear holes (buying larger ear tips usually don't allow the charging case to close...which was the problem with my first pair of Galaxy Buds that I returned). While they only connect to one device at a time (which is my preference so my work calls don't get interrupted by calls on my cell), its very easy to switch devices once you've done the initial pairing. Just select the seamless connection option under advanced options, and connect on your device. No need to disconnect from the currently connected device. I find the sound quality quite good, just don't expect the booming base you get with a sealed design. If you are ok with punchy, but not boomy bass, and don't need to absolutely block out the world (I haven't had a chance to try on a flight), these may do the trick, although I think based on some reviews I've read, these may not be that comfortable if you're ears are on the smaller side.

Packaging was decent on the outside, came missing additional "ear tips". Pieces inside the box were dirty and appeared to be used. Stunning color but absolutely the worst item from Samsung to be created, these bean ear buds just destroy my ears. Cannot wear them for for more than 30 minutes and thats pushing it, ache so bad. Connecting to different devices after being paried to a primary device is struggle bus to say the least.

I previously bought to used pairs and they were pretty good, clean and worked just fine. This time i recieved another lair amd they appeared ok until i noticed a hairline fracture on both buds in exactly the same spot. Very annoyed that they would sell a damaged pair like that for the same price as a better quality refurbished set. Lately best buy has just been trash.

These earbuds will not hold a charge. I’ve have never had an issue with beats. I do like the way these fit in my ears…but that is the only plus. I would not recommend this product - at least not refurbished.

don't like them because it bothers the ears a lot and hurts the cartilage when using it daily, which then you can no longer put feet on, it hurts the ear a lot

YMMV when fit is concern, but I do love that they do not go all the way in the ear canal. They sort of rest in front of the ear canal and the ANC is there, but not Airpods Pro ANC level. I love the app with the multiple EQ presets, it's punchy and bassy in Dynamic EQ and is plenty loud. For the fit, it really does it's job in terms of comfort. One of the main uses is laying in bed or on the couch, Airpods tend to fall out or push up against the ear on pillows, but these Buds Live are comfy! I bought another set of the Geek Squad refurbished for family and they prefer these as well.
