The cartilageof the ear hurts too much and they are inconfortable has the day go by.

Purchased online when they went on sale. They did not have the cushion on the ear insert piece. Returned to store was told they don’t come with them but yet the pictures shows it does. They were very dirty too, used looking. Not happy with purchase.

Having owned the top 7 elite brand ear buds from several different brands, I can tell you that these check off 10 stars in many of the most including categories like....sound, volume, comfort, fit and battery life! The only things that suffer in my book are distance range away from device and ease of returning to buds to the case properly. In fact, these outperform 2 of Samsungs more expensive ear buds. These are a must have for all housewives with small children with husband's who work from home!!! Lol Game changer:)

Absolutely love these. The fit is great although sometimes they fall out if I bend over to pick something up. The touch controls take some getting used to. The sound is pretty great slight lack in bass but for the size I can't complain. Battery is decent with the case they are amazing though. Wireless charging is awesome especially when I can use my phone to charge it.

Great! - Fit very comfortable, small earbuds and small case. - I like real life natural ambient noise to hear my surroundings and this does a very good job at that, not like other earbuds i've tried that have electronic ambient sounds. - Music, sounds very good! Really good bass and good treble. - ANC - Don't get these if this is what you want. For me it worked when I needed it, believe it or not it worked when I was on an airplane. Deep bass sounds it will remove those, hight pitch noise's you still will hear that. - When used for call's they work great! - Only gripe would be the touch controls, not very easy to use after a while it becomes easier, but sometimes still a task.

Worked fine for about 10 months then the right earbud completely stopped working now left with only the other one functional!

These were bought for my husband after he got Airpods for Christmas and didn't like them at all. So far, so good with what I refer to as his "earbeans"! He says they sound good and fit his ears well (he's a pretty big guy with pretty big ears). His only complaint is the active noise cancellation. It doesn't do much and he's generally not impressed with it. This is the first set of earphones any of us have had with the feature, so we're unsure if these just aren't very good at it or it's a pretty useless feature in general. All in all, he thinks they're a good set of earphones for the price (when purchased at the Geek Squad refurbished price - he says he'd be far less impressed if we'd paid full price) and he's enjoyed using them the past near month now. PS: he uses them nearly every day as it's the only way to hear his music/phone when he's on the tractor, so they've gotten a fair amount of use even though it hasn't even quite been a month yet.

These hold a good charge for quite a while. I have not used them for more than 3 hours at a time, but they were still going. The case also charges them, and I did use the case to recharge the buds 3 times without recharging the case. It may have been able to do more, but I recharged it wirelessly, which I like. The sound is great for me. I read reviews that said the sound was not very good, but I wear them when I go to run or workout, and it seems find to me. They stay in my ear. I had one pop out once, but that was because I was moving my face in a weird way and it affected the grip in my ear. They have never come out when I am running or on an elliptical. The sides are sensitive to the touch and if you are adjusting them you can turn them off easily. But it is easy to turn them back on. I haven't received a phone call on them as yet, so I can't vouch for that connection or clarity, or if the other person would be able to hear me clearly. But considering how they are working so far, I have little doubts they will perform well in that respect. I like when I open the case and start to put them in my ears that my Samsung phone knows it and starts to pair right away. That is cool.

Purchased refurbished so I guess I got what I paid for. The buds came with no cushions for the earpieces. Will be returning these.

These are the mostoat comfortable wireless ear buds I have ever worn. If it wasn't for the sound I wouldn't know they were in my ear. They are also the most discrete wireless ear buds I have seen. They sit more flush in your ear and people facing you don't know you have them in. Sound is very good. You do get some background noise, which I like, but it isn't a lot. The main reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is some functions with the touch. I wish samsung would give me more control over the touch functions. They give you control with the long press as they did with the buds and buds +. The buds plus tap feature for controlling volume was the best design and these do not have it. Overall I will recommend these for the fit and sound and give them my opinions of the downfall on controls. I have only owned samsung true wireless earphones using all 3 versions.

The audio quality for music is so-so and the ANC doesn't really work due to the nature of design but these are perfect for calls. The battery life is amazing and they sit very comfortably in my ear as it hugs the outer rim shape. I have classes for 9 hours straight, minus a lunch break and it lasts the whole time with a recharge and my ears are not fatigued at all. I also have excessive earwax and because it sits on the outer part of my ear, these buds don't bother me at all compared to ones with rubber tips that stick inside the canal. I purchased these when they were $89 and a recent deal of the day was $59. Best buy did not offer a price match so I returned them and got another pair. The first pair seemed actually refurbished after some use and wear, the second pair seemed like it was opened once and returned right after because it was flawless cosmetically. I am a huge bargain shopper and I was about to get the buds pro for "free" as part of a preorder credit with trade in for the s21 but this saved me over $300.

I bought these open box, for a great price. They are good. The noise cancelling isnt really noise cancelling. you can still hear a conversation going on next to you pretty well. Sometimes they seem really loud, and other times I can hear the music and conversations in the car. I like that the earbuds and case stay charged for a while. It takes some getting used to as far as wearing, but once you get the hang of it, it's very comfortable. They stay put pretty well when working out. I've had true wireless earbuds that fell out from me turning my head, but not these.

Just got these and been using for about an hour. Great sound, very helpful in blocking out my loud neighbor. Volume goes way higher when paired to my laptop, so much so I can't go over 70 on a 100 scale. Super easy to connect, very comfortable in ears, and I have always had problems with headphones since the marshmallow head candy type were popular. They don't fall out while moving around, you can adjust them if need be easily without pausing your music, since the touch controls are based on taps and long holds. Got a brand new pair for my boyfriend he loved them so much, I wanted to try them too, but I'm cheaper when it comes to myself. So I thought I'd give the refurbs a try. Packaging was great. Couple imperfects on the case but I really don't care personally. Came with original box, instructions, charging cord, case, buds, and larger rubber ear pieces. No issues so far! Definitely worth trying these if you're scared of the full $160 price tag for the brand new ones.

If you are intentionally looking for open-ear wireless headphones, as I was, the Galaxy Live Buds are great. They are very comfortable and lightweight, and fit well in my ears. They are designed to rest lightly within the cartilage of your ears (you don't stuff them in), and it's almost surprising how well they stay in - they don't fall out even if I shake my head vigorously. Lengthy jogs with these may be a different story though - if you're looking for open-ear headphones with a more secure ear-hook, check out the Jabra Elite Active 45e. Still, given my experience so far with these, going for a run wearing these just might work. Sound-wise, they're about what you'd expect. They're not going to sound as good as in-ear headphones, but they still sound good enough. The trade-off is you get to hear the world around you, and if you speak you don't hear yourself as if you are all clogged up. If you are looking for earbuds that let in the sound from the world around you, you can't go wrong with these. Works with both Android and iOS, too. You don't need a Samsung phone specifically for these.

For a refurbished set, works flawlessly! Sound is subjective, so ill just say they sound great to me and i loveeeee music so buds are important to me. Anyway, the fit and style might not be for everybody, but its definitely my style and fit. The BIGGEST PLUS is how comfortable they are!! I fall asleep with them on all the time. Sooo whats the point of amazing, expensive buds if they aren't comfortable. In my opinion, give these a try!! Especially for the price!

Wanted new headphones for the office and ran across these. I have had Samsung products for quite a while and wanted to add earbuds to the collection. These worked out Great. The color was very nice, and the sound quality is very good. Earbuds fit perfectlly in my ear with no movement when I am active. They are very responsive to the taps needed for skipping tracks, pausing, ect. The case is also fast charging, and when the buds get low on battery, I set them in the case and within 30 minutes...they are back at 100%. Have to say that this was a great purchase.
