Excellent. They sound great and I’d definitely buy again

Although it is a used product, it is in perfect condition, have a good sound and the price is worth it.

They are pretty good in sound. They are not super comfy after two hours of been using for riding bicycle but they do their job. What I don't like the most is the battery life on this ones, I also have the buds 2 and the battery on those last longer. The noise canceling is ok. The 360 sound is awesome so if you have this on hearing hifi music in one place (not moving around) you really go deep and love it.

Good earphones, i love them so much, unfortunaly, i lost them, so i had to bought a new ones.

Good product overall, but missing the the medium size tips. I assume the discounted price accounts for these missing items, but I wish the description would mention that. I intend to keep this purchase, but will think twice about buying a refurbished item from Best Buy.

I initially purchased the Samsung Galaxy pro buds 2 for my wife which were very expensive but very good. If they were for myself I would have kept those but my wife does not care about the bells and whistles. She just wanted a solid pair of bluetooth headphones that worked very well. And that's exactly what these are.

Okay, i was skeptical at first like anyone else because of the various different reviews and i decided to take the chance anyway to capitalize on the great deal. Im glad i did, these puppies are the best ear buds i have ever had the pleasure of using and i would recommend this gear 10/10. Everything came included as promised and i had no issues at all with syncing and updating the software. Good stuff

These are an everyday staple for us. Was not sure I would even like them, seeing as how im not an earbud person. I have my tragus pierced on both sides, these still fit perfectly and are not awkward in my ear. We have 3 pairs in our house atm and counting.

I was concerned because i got these refurbished but I really like the clarity when talking. I did replace the tips to the double tip for extra security when running. I would definitely recommend.

Great product and worked perfectly, but little after, had an issue with the SW/HW and it stopped recognizing both buds as being on placed, and that makes it impossible to activate noise cancelling. So, I really like the product, but I'd not get it refurbished again

Really good quality earphones. Quite low battery and not as loud as i wanted to. But it works for now. Cant sing along it activate the ambient sounds and i dont know how to deactivate it.

Way better fit than pro 2 and live. Very comfortable. Doesn't fall out. Fits perfect in ear. Excellent sound.

Really nice earbuds. I got these refurbished and they still work great! Had them for almost a year now. Comfortable fit to the ears and never really fell out of my ears

Keep falling off the ears, worse than apple earbuds, when you try to secure them further in your ears they cut the music, it's balky, and it is not waterproof and noise-canceling it's very weak. I prefer the other earbud that they did before in kidney shape. it kept better in the ears and it has better noise canceling and was lighter. I do not recomande this model.
