Completely Awful. For it to be advertised as a "Certified Refurbished" product I'm more than disappointed. I've had completely used products in better quality. The earbuds came in a completely dingy box which was offputting at the start, but far from a deal breaker. The worst was yet to come, I open the box up to see the ear tips had human EARWAX in them. It was more than appalling. It was like there was almost no attempt to sell the "Refurbished" marketing. The ear tip also only came in 1 size and one of them was partly ripped. Didn't even bother putting them in my ear for my own safety.

I love my galaxy pro earbuds they sound awsome. Thanks Best Buy.

What a horrific experience when buying these earphones, especially being geek squad certified. Received headphones missing charger and the silcone pieces that attach to earpiece and go into ear.

The buds were received without the rubber covering at the end of the piece that goes in the ear. I was out to sea for special assignment when I came back the return date has already elapsed so I'm stuck with it. It can't stay in the ear without the rubber piece...the buds come off right away.

Received as described. Geek squad did a great job.

I had the previous version and the pro features are very good especially with the ambient effects to be able to keep them while someone is talking to you. I took them refurbished and so far (after 4 months) everything is perfect.

I bought 2 earbuds 1st time item doesn't comes with earbuds rubber and 2nd time without a cable, i was tired driving ,i call the customer service they said they cannot provide missing items and they said i have to return it, they wanna me to drive 2 more time this is the example how to do the perfect customer service, only available in best buy ,if anyone need to enjoy something like this try to buy with best sorry bad buy.. and i got those buds 1% bettery life

The product seems to function as listed currently, but good deals can be a bit too good. BUY A NEW SET OF THE RUBBERS PARTS THAT GO INTO YOUR EARS.

Never buying refurbished from Bestbuy again! Big mistake! I gave it 2 weeks before returning and they malfunctioned. They are NOT "GEEK SQUAD GUARANTEED"! No wonder someone already returned them once.

One of the earphone stopped working in a minth, then it started back a few days later but discharges in half the time the other side lasts, what a waste, Also had connectivity issues on the same side.

They come with ear tips for the regular Buds headphones, so can't even use them properly because it's missing the main thing that guarantees the sound quality.

This is a superb product. It may say refurbished but they are awesome crystal clear sound without an echo.

They arrived in perfect condition, it works super well and they come with all their accessories.

Disgusting... the item arrived filthy... each ear piece was so gunky with filth that it made me vomit... I don't know if I can trust anything refurbished that comes from Best Buy anymore... what a waste of money...

Product came with inspection tape/seal already cut. Was probably a refurbished unit already opened and returned. Missing the standard rubber tips and buds and charging case not clean. Terribly disappointed with the "refurbishing" standards.

Item came with no charge. I left it charge with a fast charger for couple hours. I took it to work today and realized the case is still at -1 charge level. That tells me whoever is certifying those thing does not know what they are doing. Its like bying a certified pre-owned car with a dead battery :). If there was a minus 1 star button i would click it to match the charge level. Very disappointed.

Guys I know is a used item. But at least clean them one was full of ear wax. Did you guys check if is working property? I dont want to have aby issues with them in the future..

The earbuds didn't come with any of the tips and there was no charge with this product
