I purchased these refurbished ear buds and to my surprise they looked brand new and came with everything. The box was definitely opened previously. They work perfectly and i love the design of the ear tips. My only minus star is for the ambient sound. You car hear sounds around you even at boise canceling setting. I just turn it to off for better quietness. The battery life is very very good. I take them out 3 times thru a nine hour shift and place them in the case. Each time they weren't even as low as 50% power. For me they are perfect. Sound quality is slightly better than my buds+. And that atmos sound sonetimes makes me think someone in my surroundings was speaking to me. Definitely was a good purchase at a refurbished price. Highly recommend

Very impressed with the sound and the performance of these little puppies. I have been through several models and brands, trying to figure out which will provide me with the best experience. I tried apple, beats, and other samsung buds. These by far gave great audio pleasure. The low bassy range that they are able to provide Will give you a wow feeling. The apple AirPods Pro wasn’t able to produce the same sound in my opinion. The beats were just a name to me, they did not perform anywhere near buds pro. The only things that I have found to be a bit of an issue are, multi-device pairing/operation, and the batt life. They don’t seem to work well when paired with the iPhone and a galaxy. I have yet to try to see how they behave with two samsung devices, but, one seems to knock the other out when using iPhone and galaxy. Overall I feel this was a GREAT purchase and well worth the 100 but 9 (I bought open box certified).

Love these. Have the og buds that still work. These definitely have better sound and features. Before these i purchased sonys best. I cant tell a difference if anything these have more bass. Def recommend. Ive used many brands from 50 to 300 dollars and these to me are the most comfortable and best sounding for the money. The refurbished ones are fine. Ive had mine for months now with no issue.

My package arrived in good condition. The charging cable had never been removed from its sleeve, and the ear caps were unopened so I had no issue with strangers' earwax like other people have. Right from the box the sound quality is very unimpressive, flat, and metallic, but by downloading the samsung gear app I changed the sound profile to something I'm waaaay happier with. My biggest gripe was the sheer number of permissions I had to grand the samsung app just to adjust my earbuds. I had to give them my location, the ability to read and send texts (remember, these are earbuds not anything with a screen), the ability to alter notifications, etc. Choosing not to grant a permission or to limit when a permission could be used resulted in the app stonewalling me. It would be nice to actually choose which permissions to allow the app, especially when the permission is not relevant to the device. Another little gripe is that it's difficult to find a non-responsive surface on the earbud to touch if I want to readjust the fit. The touch controls are very sensitive. In terms of fit, they don't /feel/ secure, but I haven't been able to shake them out of my ears yet despite some intentional jumping up and down and head-banging to check the fit security. Pros: -Somehow fit securely -Customizable sound profiles -Comfortable -Satisfactory battery life -Fantastic price when bought 'refurbished' Cons: -Sound profile customization is hidden behind an app that requires way too much information -Touch controls are /too/ sensitive at times

Seriously has to be the best True Wireless earbuds out there. Their ANC is top of it's class, along with incredible sound quality. They boast a much richer bass than the Airpod Pros, which make for a more entertaining listen for music and watching movies. Connecting them is seamless. They have an app called Galaxy Wear that lets you customize the earbuds, and connection is fast and never drop out on me. I highly recommend these earbuds. They are absolutely understated for the price, considering their competition.

Great sound with really good ANC and ambient sound. Very comfortable and discreet. Good battery life too. Really great earbuds

Was a little skeptical about a refurb on these, and I'll be honest I had to do a little extra cleaning when I got them. But, overall product works as intended. The buds are great in general. A very good through application, much better then my jabras. As far the sound quality it's pretty solid. Little heavy on bass for me but a nice rounded mid and the highs aren't tinny. Samsung's app is really good too. Was a little worried about the giving up the ability to have two connected devices with my jabras but if your rocking Samsung stuff it picks it all up pretty fluently. All and all good but.

Good but not the best. My original purchase of the same item was legit. When the charging is done, it doesn't shut down. Also it messed up my phone calls. Battery is good enough. Sorry

i already had a pair of the Galaxy Pro Buds. i purchased these for my girlfriend. The Refurbished unit works as well as my new ones. Would have given 5 stars but the refurbished units do not come with tips, so the unit stays in place. You have to purchase separately the tips separately. Wish i would have know. Fell out of girlfriends ears and into the water on first day.

I like the fit of these. They are comfortable for multiple hours. They provide high quality sound, but could use a little more bass. The active noise cancellation works better indoors. Battery life is actually pretty bad for a pro model. The charging case is nice and extends the battery life in a pinch.

I love the sound quality of these earbuds. I've never owned bluetooth earbuds and I like how easy these are to set up with my cell phone and my Nintendo Switch. They aren't the best fit in your ear though. You will find yourself shoving it in your ear often because it will get loose quickly. They are good for the price.

These are perfect if you're looking for something mid-range. They also have ANC and 360 sound with head tracking. They don't cancel out noise as well as Buds2 Pros, but they're still effective in noisy environments. They're a little more basic in terms of sound, especially in the bass, but they offer equalization options to customize the listening experience. The battery lasts similar to the Buds2 Pro, with approximately 5 hours of continuous use.

Excellent sound and comfortable to wear. Only complaint it won’t stay in ear while jogging

Great sound. The ambient option is great! You don't neccesary habe to remove the earbuds to listen to conversations. Just use the ambient option. The noice canceling works great as well. However, they don't fit very well. If you shake your head too much, they might fall off. I went to the samsung website to ensure I was using them right and still they might fall

The active noise cancelling is great, but the thing that really blew me away was the inverse feature that seems to amplify exterior sounds. Reminded me of powered hunting over-ears that boosted low frequency audio. Theyre good though, solid battery life and sound profile. the fact they are flush with your ear makes them stay put if you have a hoodie on or other stuff around your ears.

I love these buds. Very portable and the sound quality is great. The ANC works great, just make sure that the buds seal in your ear. Depending on your ear the fit maybe a challenge. Try the different tips and there are great 3rd party tips

Great earbuds but there are some issues with the way they fit my ears. I don't get a good seal with the oblong shape. I tried foam tips but they would pop out after awhile. Maybe 2nd gen will correct this. The features are great and the sound is excellent they work well with Samsung phones.

Came back to write a review after a few months and make a honest review. At first I had my doubts about going for a refurbished item and specially after reading the revies but must say I'm a 100% satisfied costumer, earbuds came in great conditions, clean, no scratches or signs of noticeable use, box came a little damage but still got the original box and accessories, I really cant complain for the price and worked verry good out of the box, even with my iphone 13 pro, yes you need to still pair them with your computer so you can get the updates regularly because apple doesn't support the galaxy wearable app yet, but to this day excellent earbuds, haven't had a problem other than not getting updates trough my iphone.

Really good headphones, clear crisp sound and battery life is really good. They charge rather quickly and perform well. Music sounds awesome when you use the right sized ear plugs and its very comfortable once you get used to them.
