Really good headphones, clear crisp sound and battery life is really good. They charge rather quickly and perform well. Music sounds awesome when you use the right sized ear plugs and its very comfortable once you get used to them.

my buds were clean with no wax or dirt on them or the case. The cardboard box they came in was in rough shape, but the actual contents looked new. Maybe not quite as shiny as new ones. Everything has worked perfectly. Although I didn't get the middle sized ear tips which is a problem. The big one pop out after a while, they dont fall out of my ear but they break the seal, and the small ones hurt to stay in my ear. Works amazing with samsung phones, and im still using the s8. Would be 5* if i got all the ear tips. It is risky that you get a disgusting product if you get refurbished ear buds, but if you're not afraid of returning bad ones the good, clean ones are just as good as new and so much cheaper

I've used these for around 4 months and I gotta say, I've loved them. The anc is great and the sound quality is really good for the music i listen to. Only problem I'd see is the fit since they are pretty big for some ears.

Clean, came with most of the accessories. Buds have a weird ear fitment but can be fixed by replacing the eartips. Audio quality is great, comparable to airpods pros, best in the galaxy buds lineup. ANC works great, adapts to changing background noise. Seamless bluetooth connection, especially with samsung phones. Worth the refurb purchase.

So far these refurbished Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro are the best sounding earbuds I have bought. Sound quality for music and streaming shows has been excellent. There is remarkable fidelity above the less expensive Monster audio earbuds I used previously. Aesthetically, they look great, but the smooth texture can make them slippery to hold in hand, but that means they don't irritate the skin in your ears, either. I typically avoid refurbished products but couldn't really find anything else to spend my Bestbuy gift card on. There are ample reviews on Youtube for these earbuds and some even include audio comparisons with other earbuds so I'll just say for now I am satisfied with my purchase. If anything changes before the end of 2022, I will provide an update.

Great BUT, call quality is nowhere near as good as the Galaxy Buds Plus. Sounds quality is very good. Noise cancellation is almost as good as the Sony MX4 but not quite. They did feel like they were constantly trying to to fall out of my ears. Felt like I was constantly trying to push them back in. But still. Very good.

Beautifully made, high quality construction. Intuitive controls, great noise cancellation technology and excellent sound. Battery life is very good. Comfortable, and they stay in my ears securely. A very good value.

Bought these years ago to fit inside my motorcycle helmet for connection to my GPS. They're a bit large when squeezing into the helmet and easy to knock out of my ears, especially when taking the helmet off. The left bud never feels secure in my ear and has fallen out while I've been walking during a phone call, but this may be peculiar to my anatomy. Quality of sound is excellent, and when I've asked my call recipient how well my voice is carrying the reply is affirmative.

I bought this refurbished and was hoping to get lucky to get a nice one. at first i was like oh man the box looked all used up. but once i opened it up it was like brand new. the only thing was it was missing one ear cushion with is 100% ok with me. everything else was like brand new. I gave it a four star because the highlight of this product was the 360 audio support. Turns out it supports movies, games, and all that but not music. like why? i don't want to watch movies on my phone that long? or gaming? buds are suppose to be on the go ? right? so music is suppose to be its focus. it really sucks because i bought these exactly for those. i won't return or anything. good deal and quality still. can still listen to music but can't utilize that feature. i also have tidal music hifi from best buy. other than that if you want it for anything else it's totally a go. i have the buds plus and if your doing all those this don't waste the money. go with the regulars not the pro. really not worth it for the 360 audio just to watch and play games on your phones.

Excellent headphones, are great for at home use, or for use at the gym. When running for about 20 minutes they need to be secured in the ear, but no complaints. It is well worth it to avoid wires bouncing around as I run. Sound quality is great, good bass, decent treble. I haven't played around on the app to adjust as of yet either. Straight out of the box. Best headphones for the price that I have seen. I'm sure if you pay 2 or 3 hundred bucks for a pair they'll be better but for $60-$130 these are quality. Battery could do with lasting a little but longer but charges fast.

Durable with a long battery life it sounds good but the touchpad is too sensitive I lost the ear bud and I can’t find any to buy online which sucks but they were great

Wanted to really love these. I always trust Best Buy refurb and it never disappoints. They didn’t include the other size ear tips. Sound and performance is great. Don’t like having to install an app to get the full benefit of earbuds, but not that big of a deal.

the Galaxy buds pro is much better than the galaxy buds live. good sound quality, and richer bass effect. I do enjoy them a lot. I hate to say it but the noise canceling is not as good as the Apple AirPods. (but as always, I'm an android/galaxy fan)

Great sound and battery life but the design of the buds make it impossible to fit in your ear. Also only came with two ear tips instead of three

These buds are ok as they come set up with silicone ear tips. Nothing to get too excited about and i was prepared to send them back. A friend suggested i try to get a better fit and proper seal because he loved the way his pair sounds. He suggested a pair of foam tips so i decided to give it a try and let me tell it makes a world of difference. The sound really good and are so comfortable with the foam tips that i wear them for hours everyday. I have no problem recommending them to anyone running android OS now. Just download Samsung Wear App and enjoy great sound for hours on end.

Sound quality is very good. Very accurate and clear, with good bass. Fitment is a bit clunky for my ear cavity. Doesnt stay firm in my ear when moving around which effects sound quality. So if they fit your ear canal properly you will be pleased with the sound and function.

I had the original Galaxy Buds, but after years of hard use, the microphone started to cut out and I use them for a lot of video calls. These Pros are great, but the battery life isn't as long as the originals, but I've only run them down into the 30% range after a long day of flights and listening to music while working around the house. Dolby Atmos support is fantastic and is why I pick these up versus my other headphones. Comfortable enough as in-ear headphones that I still pick these over my XM4 sony over the ear if I plan to be moving around a lot.

These replaced a pair of Buds+ that I lost. First time trying a Refurbished product from Best Buy. The buds and internal packaging looked to be new. OEM box was a little scuffed up. No big deal. The noise canceling works really good. Perfect for air travel. The app controlling is pretty good. 3 weeks in, 2 trips and multiple teams meetings and I very satisfied with these. Battery life seems great so far.
