To be completely honest I was disappointed and didn't keep them. I could not get a seal on my ears and the ANC/other futures didn't work very well.

I ordered these on the 13th and they were shipped. I received them today, but the metal contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are corroded. The ear buds don't charge. This set clearly was not refurbished before sending to a customer. Sending them back.

Horribly dissatisfied with what I received and the support afterwards. They arrived with tons of ear wax in the case and on the buds themselves and were missing multiple parts. Support refused to compensate me for the huge inconvenience as i was going to use them for my classes and am now unable to do so. Photos are what the buds looked like.

Bought them pre-owned and had to supply my own earbud gummies since the headphones didnt cone with any. Had i known that amazon had them for the same price brand new i wouldve bought them from their site.

Most awesome headphones ever. I had bought the Pro 3 and they didn't fit in my ears! LOVE these!!!

Was missing all of the different size ear pieces over decent product

I have always been happy with certified refurbished products until now. These earbuds were gotten as a Christmas gift for my son. He just opened them & they did not have the silicone covers on them. And instead of the 3 sizes, (1 average size on the earbuds, 1 smaller & 1 larger) there was 1 small “extra”—only—in the box. It was embarrassing he couldn’t just use them right away. customer service said he had go to thd store or exchange- he should be sent the little covers asap not need to go to the store or deal with an exchange, when they should have been included. They are tiny cheap part that’s always on earbuds amd extras are included even with the cheapest pairs. Itd cost him more in gas to go to the store than for them to send the missing parts. Hopefully they work well, but not addressing this minor easily fixable issue just annoyed me. Only got the Samsung because he has Samsung phone & tv

Ok for the price, came with cable and on a generic box. So far 15days still works great. Its slips occassionaly so i dont think il use it while jogging.

These are a great set of ear buds. I just wish Samsung allowed these to dual connect and swap with ease on non-Samsung devises.
