This is just a review of best buys refurbished item quality. Earbuds not perfectly cleaned and missing M sized tips. Just know there's a chance if receiving an incomplete product. Same happened with the refurbished buds pro I got from best buy so it is a widespread issue that I have experienced. The earbuds however work amazingly. No issues there. 5 stars for that.

Looks brand new and works perfect. But came without the eartips.

Missing silicone earbud tips as mentioned by others. Strangely, I received 2 large, 1 medium and 1 small as shown in attached photo. I was about to return from not wanting to use a small and medium tip but I remember I have lots of spare tips from other earbuds. Tried them and it fits fine on the earbuds. I used the earbud fit test to confirm fit in my ear. Connection to my Galaxy S21+ was seamless. It even prompted to update the firmware. Very happy that I bought it as this price.

These came in the original box and packaging. It would have been nice if they would have put new tape on the box because when I opened the package the items were everywhere. These are missing the medium ear buds tips which seems to be the same issue as everyone else. Those should be installed on the buds and the extra should be in a box with the charger cord. This did come with the small and large. The tips and peace’s were clean

i had to buy tips for my buds because they didn't come with any. but they are so comfortable and i normally don't like buds that go into your ears. the sound is great!

They came dirty and didn't have the tips at all, fortunately cleaning them was easy and I had another pair of headphones that had compatible ear tips but they should not be included in the product description if they aren't guaranteed, I'll still have to purchase replacement tips because the ones I have are almost worn out. The product works as it should so far but I've only had them for a few hours.

Just received my earbuds. So excited to get them. They came in the original packaging; however; there were no earbud tips included except for 1 small tip. I took everything out of the box to make sure that I didn't overlook them. No luck. Since its nothing I can do with one earbud, I have to purchase earbuds tips which wont be the same color as the earbuds. Disappointed.

I couldn’t try these out. They didn’t come with any earbud tips. I get that these are supposed to be refurbished but they are more like returned and resold. No one thought to re-take the box so when I opened the package the items were all over the place. The description says “includes s,m,l tips and I got 0 tips. On the plus side they do look clean I have pictures of what came in the box. I even removed the box cover to see if they were underneath.

Very Disappointed with this. Haven't even used them yet due to the earbuds being full of ear wax and gross. Waiting to get new buds in to see if they even work. Even though its refurbished, you would have at least thought it would have been cleaned and the bud tips would've been replaced.

Purchased. What was refurbished?? Arrived missing the foam ear tips.

They don’t come with the ears tips and it a little scratch on the cose!

These are great ear buds. The fit is nice and sound is clear. This 1 pair of refurbished pair DID NOT come with rubber ear pieces. Not a major problem though. I Still would recommend them.

Didnt come with the booklet or the small rubber things for your ears, over all a good deal half off pretty much . Wish they would have came with all the different size ear things though.

They appear to work, but i will have to purchase the ear pieces. The parts that go into your ear. Not sure why they didnt xome with them. I will reach out to them, or take them back. I should have checked prior to leaving the store.

This is just a review of the quality of Best Buys refurbished item. The case could have been cleaned better, like quite a few of the reviews mentioned, the medium sized tips are missing. Some people get them, some don't it would seem. Just know there's a chance of receiving an incomplete but still great product. The earbuds however work great and have no issues so far. I appreciate Best Buy taking a look at the issue of missing medium ear tips...hopefully this will be corrected in future furbished units that are sold.

This is my second pair of buds 2. Overall the product from Samsung is decent but refurbished is a hit or miss. But this time it's step beyond that. They decided to not ship it with the medium eartips. The one most widely used. And since this is purple, can't use them with any of my black eartips. And not many options available online either for purchasing a pir of purple eartips. Now there you have it. Using them with a size smaller eartips, falls off every now and then. Can't bring them on outside with confidence that they'd return back home with me. I wish BB would be more careful with it's Geek squad certificate products as it's not going to be long before they turn this thing into a joke.

I had originally ordered a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished pair of these earphones, but they came without any of the ear tips. I sent them back and ordered a replacement pair which didn't ship in the original box but the new pair came with all the parts and works very well. I'd say go for it but just be prepared for the fact that you may have to get a replacement if they don't ship with the ear tips (which seems to be a common theme based on other reviews).

I already have a Buds2 and bought this as a backup. The buds2 came with the small eartips and large eartips. I didn't get the medium eartips, which fits me perfectly. So check your item and missing parts as soon as you get it.

Works just as good as new. Only thing missing was the medium tips but I prefer third-party tips anyways

I loved Samsung Galaxy Buds 2, I recommend it . But I didn't get the ear tips Earbuds with it I had to buy them from Amazon
