Refurbished but works like new. Received clean an all pieces except for the 3rd set of silicone ear adapters. I was able to use one of the ones provided. All functions work as they should. Ambient noise feauture is great when walking in busy areas and the app/widget make it easy to control from the phone along side the bud tapping features when your phone is stored. Geek squad refurbished is as good as new for a fraction of the cost!

Worked fine out of the box and honestly aside from the dinged up packaging, would never have guessed this is refurbished. Came with two sizes of ear inserts that appeared clean and basically unused. As far as features go, connected easily to my Samsung Galaxy phone and easy to control through the app. Generally impressed with both the active noise cancellation and sound quality in general. Definitely worth the savings and should outperform pretty much everything in its (refurbished) price class.

i had to buy tips for my buds because they didn't come with any. but they are so comfortable and i normally don't like buds that go into your ears. the sound is great!

These came in the original box and packaging. It would have been nice if they would have put new tape on the box because when I opened the package the items were everywhere. These are missing the medium ear buds tips which seems to be the same issue as everyone else. Those should be installed on the buds and the extra should be in a box with the charger cord. This did come with the small and large. The tips and peace’s were clean

I read the good and bad reviews of these refurbished earbuds and decided to take a chance on the $50 price tag. I was pleasantly surprised to have received this item looking like new and complete. Quality of sound definitely a step up from my previous Galaxy Buds and now I dont sound muffled on phone calls to the people Im speaking to!

I got these headphones with no expectations, now that have been using them for the past few weeks, by far they are really great. the only issue i had was a squeaky hinge, that's pretty much it.

They came dirty and didn't have the tips at all, fortunately cleaning them was easy and I had another pair of headphones that had compatible ear tips but they should not be included in the product description if they aren't guaranteed, I'll still have to purchase replacement tips because the ones I have are almost worn out. The product works as it should so far but I've only had them for a few hours.

Great sound earbuds and they’re pretty small they don’t stick out while you’re wearing them.

These are great earbuds! they sounds very good and connect very quickly to my phone.

It's clean, no scratches, but no box and missing tips too. There is a manual and usb. I got the small tips and not sure if the other pair were medium or large. I think they're medium. It's still kind a loose for me. Still deciding if i should return them. However not sure if the replacement will be the same. (Incomplete tips)

Buds looked brand new right out of the box and shiny,the box was in ok shape but the product itself had no blemishes and didnt look as if they were used at all and it also came with two pairs of tips and the buds didnt have any attached but still 2 out of 3 aint bad!!

works fine overall. noise cancelling feature is pretty useful, didnt come with matching earbud rubber pieces so i had to use the ones I already had from other buds

It's been a while I got this. Condition: I have read reviews about people getting lemons. However, i received almost brand new looking ones. The only two issues (negligible) were: 1) Missing tips ( a pair was missing) 2) Device was not restored to factory settings before shipping to me. The previous owner's name was still there. Buds themselves: For the price, these has to be the best sounding buds. ANC is sub-par but the sound and mic quality makes these buds a true value for money champ. I have used sony 1000xm3 and 1000xm4, the fitting always struggled for me, my right side would always drop with them. However these don't have that issue, I can even sleep in these (and they are still in the ear in the morning).

The ear buds are really good, thew work great, and the size is perfect for my small ears, cause its difficult to find ear buds that fit. The product was with the accessories but didn't include the original box. I think it worth it cause i save money and they work!

Arrived incomplete. Was just wrap in bubble wrap, none of the original packaging. Missing one of the rubber ear pieces. Other than that, the thing seems to work fine; was clean and looked new though, that was a plus. But that no original packaging and missing component, kinda got me. For the price it goes, can't go wrong.

The buds work great. This is my second pair of the same buds. So just be careful with it.

Sound and battery are great. But the mic doesn’t work well at all. That’s the only downside but I don’t like looking schizophrenic talking to my self so I just use my phone anyway. Peace

These are the best pair of headphones I've ever owned. I got them refurbished but the came like brand new in the original box. Excellent headphones.
