Exelent produce for the price. I like this head buds 2 the best.

Bought the Refurbished Galaxy Buds2 a week ago. They feel and look new. It didn't come with medium ear tips.

I couldn’t try these out. They didn’t come with any earbud tips. I get that these are supposed to be refurbished but they are more like returned and resold. No one thought to re-take the box so when I opened the package the items were all over the place. The description says “includes s,m,l tips and I got 0 tips. On the plus side they do look clean I have pictures of what came in the box. I even removed the box cover to see if they were underneath.

I love them, they are super comfortableand they sound very good without noise

They dont fit in the supplied case right. Already had one side quit working. Had to tie a rubber band around them.

The first ones I purchased were good but were stolen. I reordered another pair and the right bud was defective. Cracking and low sound. I don't know how they were refurbished and certified by Geek Squad. Not only that the packaging was a joke. It was taped shut with masking tape. Very disappointed

For the price, they give my Beats a run for their money. They are very comfortable. The setup was very easy with my Samsung phone and tablet. After having mine for a few weeks, I bought my daughter a pair for Christmas.

Very Disappointed with this. Haven't even used them yet due to the earbuds being full of ear wax and gross. Waiting to get new buds in to see if they even work. Even though its refurbished, you would have at least thought it would have been cleaned and the bud tips would've been replaced.

It was missing eartips for the buds. I love the ambient feature! You can hear things around you. They have a great soundand really good battery life. Overall great purchase!

These Samsung buds, work great. I use them all the time.

Very good headphones that have great features. I the noice canceling and ambient sound setting are very nice and pair well with the Samsung Wear app.

Ordered the refurbished buds2 and was extremely disappointed. Ordering and shipping was fine but the product inside was absolutely disgusting. Headphone case was dented and dirty, which was somewhat expected. But once I opened the case it was a hard no. The inside of the case was oily and covered in earwax, dirt, you name it. Not to mention the buds were still dirty with earwax so all in all nothing was cleaned. I did clean one bud to test the sound on my galaxy and once connected these head phones weren't even factory reset, so I got the previous owners name on my phone. Took these back to the store to retun same day and cashier was unsure what the refurbished process for cleaning/resetting was but agreed these were pretty rough. Not saying refurbished is horrible but when it come to items like these I've learned my lesson to never do it again.

Nice buds my sun wears these headphones everywhere.

They work great. Did fall 1 time so the right side started to get a little Static sounds.

I only got these for the refurbished price and i do not regret getting them. Honestly i would buy them their normal price rn
