It's NOT refurbished. It's basically a return thrown in a box (without any packaging) and the cord in a tiny zip lock. BB doesn't even bother to wipe them down, (see attached pictures). In addition to that, the charging case doesn't even match the color. It's a white case with Graphite headphones. So just a hodgepodge of returns. I bought two, I will be returning this nasty crap. Do yourself a favor and not buy these so called "refurbished". The box that it came in, was not even sealed. You can see the nasty charger in the pic.

Battery is not the best. it does not last very long and my case doesnt close all the way.

Received these certified refurbished buds today. I had good experiences with refurbished products in the past so didn't think twice when I ordered these. But lets just say Best Buy's quality control is zero! This is disgusting.

Only issue and big issue was hygiene. Was not expecting Certified refurbished to be unhieginic. I can see wax on earpins

Pros- Both ear buds work and have little to no scratches Cons- Sent me 2 different color ear buds when order 2 the exact same. One was complete with accessories and documentation, other was missing rubber ear pieces and charging cable. Side Note- I understand its refurbished but don't list it as complete/comes with everything. Just state like other company/ websites do. Some parts maybe missing.

Loving these ear buds! Set up was sooo easy with my Galaxy phone. They connected and downloaded necessary software automatically and I was listening in minutes. They fit great and stay in while I exercise. Sound is good but could have a little better bass range. Charging is simple and they hold a charge pretty well. Have not gone dead on me yet.

How can one simply put into words the amount of joy these magical little devices have brought my miserable life over these many a-lonesome night. I lie awake each night desperately wishing for the return of my beloved "Vivianna Applebottom" The heiress to the Apple Bottom Jeans fortune, But I presume you were already aware of that. But while I weep away into the night I know that my sobs will be killed by the sweet sweet sound of my Sumsung God sends, lulling my to sleep with the gentle carroning of "Baby by Justin Beiber. ft Ludacris". my favorite love balled. I shall not forget to mention the active noice canceling that can drawn out even the loudest of wails for my beloved. All of this to not mention the absolute steal of a price, no where else can one find such quality sound for such a small amount of coinage, and with the certification of the Geek Squadron no less, fearless warriors who vanquished the nepharious Nerd Heard in the Mariah Carey wars. In short, In a lifetime of disappointment and heartbreak it is trully incredible to be able to find such a wonderful and technologically complex gadget for such a bargain, it's truly heartworming. Perhaps if I shall aquire a pair for my beloved, she might consider returning to me. But only time may tell .Until we may comune again. "R.E."

It came in excellent condition. When I got it out the box it was fully charged and paired instantly to my samsung phone. The sound quality is amazing and the noise cancelling works wonders.

I love these earbuds. It isn't a joke when I say I use these every day for at least 20 minutes to 2 hours. I only have two complaints: the button sensitivity is horrible at times. It isn't even a button; it's a censor. When I had long hair, the censor never worked when my hair was in the way. Tapping doesn't work most of the time, so you wave to swipe them and then push the earbud back only to press the button, defeating the whole purpose of swiping them to begin with. The second thing is that when you whip your head around too fast, the earbuds might fall out, depending on how snug they are in your ear. Noise cancellation works wonders; you wouldn't believe how many times someone scared me when I had these in. The sound quality is pretty impressive; I always listen to it at max volume, and they still haven't shown any signs of damage. The volume can get loud too; like I said, I have them at max volume when I listen to music, and I don't get headaches when I listen for long periods. The battery is solid too, I charge them weekly, and I use them all the time. I'm surprised the battery life hasn't gone to poop.

Got these refurbished pair on sale. Had the original pair Galaxy Buds when I got my phone. They're showing their age. Decided on these as the newer Galaxy Buds were about to launch. not disappointed at all. These have features not on the original pair. Waited to do a review. Was skeptical that these would last. Worth the wait. Love these. Use them at work. Nice fit. Great sounds. Pairs nicely with my Galaxy S21+ phone. Battery better than the first pair. Highly recommend these if your waiting.

Couldn't resist the price 69% off retail (nice) I took 1 star off for presentation (the outer box was pretty disgusting, sticky, hopefully from tape lol) and missing medium size silicon ear pieces. My charging case is in good condition and the buds are excellent also the usb to usb-c and other 2 size silicons were both factory sealed unused. On the buds themselves they're about 5 times better than my only other skull candy blue tooth buds and I'm using an LG phone so probably only prob at 85% peak efficiency. They rival the depth of a pair of over ears with HiFi Quad DAC. They lasted me almost 5 hrs on a full charge. Happy overall just maybe stay away if its a gift you do roll the dice buying used. Expect poor presentation and want those medium silicons

I was hoping my experience with a refurbished item would be more positive. I had the different adapter sizes that were clean and in good condition. The charging case had a few scuffs, which I expected. For a refurbished set of ear buds, it wasn't too bad. Sound is decent. The color is amazing but it is weird that the outer case is white. Once I searched for these via Bluetooth, they were recognized as Earbuds de Carina. I wasn't sure if I was picking up someone near me, so I waited until later to try again. Searched for the earbuds to pair and again Earbuds de Carina showed up. I paired them and went to Google to find the setting to rename them. Now this isn't a huge deal, but for someone that wouldn't know how to rename some earbuds, it is a big deal. You would think during the refurbish process, they would remove any personal settings. Knocking off a star because this should have been done prior to shipping.

I love the buds2 for a few reasons. First, being the size--they are prefect for my ears and the fit is very comfortable. Second, these have really good noise cancelation and provide a really good call experience for both parties. Lastly, the battery life is amazing and lasts for days with a single charge.
