We have tried for a few years to find the right ear buds for my wife. After 5 attempts, all kept falling out of her ears too often for her taste. I read a professional review comparing these buds vs samsungs upgraded buds. The article mentioned specifically these ear buds were better for smaller ears. It has proven true. Additionally, they do sound better than the previous buds she tried. But she is not an audiophile. She just needs these for work and gardening at home. We highly recommend these buds specifically for smaller ears.

I love these. So comfortable. I've had 2 pair in the past& now i have bought a refurbished pair this time. i love that they are so comfortable in my ear. These are the older version and fit differently than the newer ones. My dog chewed one up but i use the one still when i need to hear whats going on! Noise canceling & long battery life. Love these. Wish they still made them

Good fitting headphones, but the volume of the headphones was lacking a little bit.

These are great ear buds. The fit is nice and sound is clear. This 1 pair of refurbished pair DID NOT come with rubber ear pieces. Not a major problem though. I Still would recommend them.

So I'll start by comparing to my previous head phones i had, wich are known to be great headphones. And they are the apple air pods pro but when compared the Samsung - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Earbud Headphones put any other Bluetooth wireless headphones ive used to shame including the apple air pods pro. My reasons for my opinion on that is. well for 1 they have an amazing sound blocking ability that you can control when you want to hear outside sounds along with what you are listening to and when you want to hear nothing but what's coming out of the ear buds it has great clear sound the ambiance isnt aggressive and one of my favorate aspects of the Samsung - Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Galaxy Buds2 True Wireless Earbud Headphones is the amplified bass outlet that they have is amazing far supirior than any headphones ive ever listen to and hands down these are the best sounding and comfortable Bluetooth wireless headphones ive ever experienced and i highly recommend that others get them. Its absolutely worth it and you won't be disappointed for when it comes to these headphones they give only satisfaction

Very Fast charge, it never turns off for battery out, easy to control, awesome sound.

Love it so far, very good noise cancelation, very easy to install, fast charging and last long battery's life.

I previously had the original Galaxy Buds and they were not my cup of tea, so I was hesitant to purchase these, however these have been nothing short of stellar. They connect incredibly quickly and easily with my Android devices, have a good level of touch sensitivity and their noise cancelling is top tier. The only reason for my 4 stars is because when I received the earbuds they had apparently not been cleaned very well because there was what appeared to be earwax in the rubber cups.

Didnt come with the booklet or the small rubber things for your ears, over all a good deal half off pretty much . Wish they would have came with all the different size ear things though.

I bought these earbuds as a gift for my teen son and they worked well.....for right around 91 days. I say this because there was a 90 day Geek Squad warranty that came with the purchase, but immediately after the warranty expired, my son told me that there was loud screeching noise in the left earbud. We tried cleaning them, per the recommendations with no luck. Within a couple weeks after that, the volume on them would no longer raise to a reasonable level. Fast forward another 2 weeks, and the the sound quality turned to trash. I tried listening with them and there was no bass and very little treble. We are now out a little over 4 months from purchase and they are completely unusable. I guess the lesson is that if you are buying refurbished from Best Buy, be sure to buy the extended warranty, if one is even available for the product. Unfortunately, I overestimated the quality of their repairs and refurbishing.

These earbuds have a great sound and last all day, but I do not care too much for this design. They are hard to stay fitted in my ear, no matter which tips I use.

The product arrive as expected on time. Im really happy with the product.

Would Recommend for Ease of portability, Battery Life and nice color options. Sound Quality is good. Noise Cancelation is not as good. (I am spoiled by Sony) Touch Controls Suck because of accidental touches when fitting earphones in.

The fit is a bit weird at first but once you get used to them they are amazing, lightweight, very clear sound with the only downside that they're lacking in bass and noise cancelling is also weak compared to the buds 2 pro. They only came with eartips small and large but for the price they are great, definitely better than average

They worked perfectly straight out of the box. The fact that they are less than half the price of these headphones new makes them even better. Full disclosure, they do make my ear itch slightly when they're in certain positions, not sure if it's related to the reports of people getting ear infections. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Though I do wish they would make the case trackable and not just the buds. A case and a tracking tag is highly recommended if like me you have a tendency to lose smaller items easily.
