This is the second open box samsung galaxy 20+ i bought from best buy. I bought one for myself and once i knew everything was lagit and working i oredered another one for my fiancée. The only problem I had was that the first one didn't come with original charger, which open box excellent condition is supposed to come with. I contacted customer service and they sent me a $25 gift card for my troubles and told me to go to the store and get a replacement original charger. It took a little explaining on my part to the guy at the store but once he understood what was up he replaced the cheep charger with an original Samsung charger! The second one i ordered came witht ye original charger like stated. For half price on the phone i can deal with having a mixup on the charger.

Phone was in fantastic condition. And didn't come with a charger as it was specified too, and the shipping was bad I paid an extra 15 dollars for 3 day shipping but it got shipped 6 days later and was delivered 5 days after which sucked.

Owned for over a year and have had no issues. Phone is good quality, has some minor scuffs on the edges, but overall in good nick.

I've only had it about 2 maybe 3 months and stay pretty busy so i haven't exactly gotten to explore every aspect of it and play with it a while lot more aside from my normal useage with my phone but I do have higher expectations for it compared to past phones I have had and so far it is seeming pretty great. There isn't anything that I havent liked about the phone yet and that's always an extra bonus.

Returning due to terrible packing conditions sent to me in. Good price but I do have an issue with the substandard packing and lack of materials I had received it with little to not at least anything other than the sloppy bubble wrap, only charger came with it. Many issues not matching the description of not having a factory box, very disappointed to the extent I may return due to the incompetent manor in which I am not really sure I would want to use it at this point. Outright worse packing job than the least experienced in packing electronics. Shocked. I will be submitting feedback to customer service to just perhaps even go to TMobile and pay more etc

I have really enjoyed this phone. Have had no issues connecting, weather at home or out and about.

Exelent conditions good quality bran new the only thing didnt like was the shipping packeging didnt came with the celphones box ut was just wrap into a carboard

Highly recommend. Love this phone and all its capabilities. Bought mainly for the fact that is the last generation with expandable memory card slot
