The phone is great...the packaging was not good at all...even this is a refurbished phone...as much as I paid for this phone it came in envelope with bubble wrap...I was not and I'm still not satisfied with the packaging..

I have been shopping at Best Buy for 8 years, and this is the first time I have bad experience,such a bad situation. I purchased a product worth $800 galaxy s23 ultra and received a completely different product worth $200. I had originally planned to use it on Monday, but now it completely breaks my plan and wastes my time. I will never buy stuff from bestbuy again
