Great Phone, Best Buy "excellent" conditon is sus

I took a chance and bought this. The phone had a great battery with slightly more than 100% health after a few measurements from accubattery. No physical or cosmetic damage. Peformed very well, no temperature issues. But it had a dead pixel in the bottom right of the screen. This is the third time ive bought a refurbished/open box, allegedly "excellent" conditon item from Best Buy that had something majorly wrong with it, to the point where it's basically lying to call it excellent condition. Now, luckily, this phone was still in warranty and I had the screen replaced for free. This shouldnt be something you would have to do when buying an "excellent/great condtion" or "close to like-new" experience phone, so there was definitely some negligence on Best Buy's end in sellling me the phone marked as great conditon, with this issue that requires you to replace the sceen to fix. At the end of the day, I did end up with a like-new phone for far cheaper than the new price, but only from Samsungs warranty service, with no help from Best Buy, even as a Total member. You can be the judge if you want to roll the dice another time though, if you are thinking of buying this.

Amazing love this phone fast shipping glad I upgraded to a new phone. Better than my note 8 that I had for a couple years.
