I bought the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra at Best Buy, and I’m really happy with my purchase. The phone is amazing—fast performance, incredible camera quality (the 200MP sensor is insane), and a stunning display. Battery life lasts all day, and the design feels premium. Best Buy’s staff was helpful, and I’m glad I got it there. Highly recommended!

Excellent product exactly as described, shipped fast

The phone was excellent but it was locked by at&t and should have never been sold. When I received the phone from bestbuy I installed my sim and made a test call after that I received a message from at&t stating the device has been locked due to a failed payment plan arrangement. I no longer could make calls or text. Bestbuy only response was to just return the phone. Didn't offer to replace it address the issue. If you're looking to buy a phone just buy a new one.
