    Its incredible how a refurbished phone can be so cheap and yet feel like a brand new phone, I love that I have the newest phone out there and I didnt have to pay the full price for it.

    We needed a replacement phone asap. Bought this refurbished one for the price. There are several glitches in the phone. The screen off centers and you have to power it down to return to normal. Overall its a decent phone for the price.

    I bought this product with the assurance it had been refurbished. I was unable to activate the phone. Verizon told me that the phone was frozen and unable to be activated.

    PRO: Great shape, Great phone, 99% excellent CONS: card slot bend/damage ( but can be use ) and missing pin ejector. 1% damage/missing product overall... it is worth it, I save around 300 usd, original usb charger too,
