The tab 4 is an awesome tablet and was fair priced

I have been considering purchasing a Samsung Galaxy tab for sometime. I have used and still use my iPad air. When I seen this on BestBuy.com for $200.00 and under standing it was a refurbished tablet I had to give it a try. And I did not go wrong it has a great picture and above average sound the tablet was just a like a new tablet. The touch screen is very responsive. I also felt confident buying the tablet knowing that Best Buy stands behind what they sale. I did not go wrong purchasing the refurbished tablet. I am very happy with my our purchase.

I have owned a ipad air and what i like more about the samsung is i am not limited on storage space For the price i can put a 64 gb flash drive while a 64 one for ipod wold have cost me think 800 the samsung is the quarter the price while it delivers just if not better then the ipod I am very pleased with this item

Love the large screen and display, but do with there was Flash installed, as it does limit you somewhat not having it. Overall though it is easy to use and looks amazing. The Geek Squad refurbished product allowed me to buy a much more expensive tablet at a fraction of the cost, would definitely buy again.

I purchased this tablet for my wife for Christmas. She absolutely loves it. It is very fast and has a great picture. She uses it every day to play games, surf the Web, and social media. I don't know what she would do without it. Best gift that I have gotten her in years.

I had been looking for a tablet for some time. This ended up being a great purchase for me, especially with me having a Galaxy S5 phone. They worked together very well. It's very easy to operate, movies look good on it. At this point there isn't a ton to say about tablets that most people don't already know, but this works for me both at home and work. Being able to use at my job to collect signatures is great!

I would recommend this tablet to anyone it is so lite and clear so easy to use for any age.

A friend of mine had the smaller tablet and we chatted then I bought this one and love it. Keep it next to my recliner to quickly check things and with the grandchildren come over there are movies, and games on it they enjoy. Well we get netflix and the tablet will wind up in a bunk with at least one little one enjoying a private showing.

By nature of who I am, I typically steer clear of other people's returned problems. But this refurbished tablet from Samsung was everything a new tablet is, minus the full price ticket. Great buy, great product.

I bought my husband and myself a tablet each just about a little over a month ago. We absolutely love our tablets. I have been a loyal samsung customer and I never had any problems with them. My previous tablet was also a samsung which I had to send it in for them to work on it and they ALWAYS take care of their customers. Wonderful customer service as well as AWESOME products. This tablet has not given me any issues whatsoever. Mind you our tablets was bought as a refurbished items. They work just as well as a new one!!!!

My son had the tablet for two weeks now and we don't have any issues. He uses it everyday and he wouldn't have know it was refurbished if I didn't tell him. I will definitely buy refurbished from them again.

Great tablet for most all basic computer need and games. Very pleased with item and using it everyday for around home and going on trips.

we use in our Clinic and it works great.takes great pictures and is so light and just the right size.

Had a problem with it not staying on unless plugged in after two days upon arrival then it just wouldn't turn on at all. Took it to my local BestBuy and they replaced it with a new one that works perfectly.

I specifically bought this from BEST BUY, while I am hesitant to buy "refurbished" I am secure in the reputation, and past experience I have had with BEST BUY. So far I am extremely pleased with the purchase, and confident that they stand behind my Purchase !!!

Loved having a bigger portable screen but after a little over a year the battery life started to dwindle. Only had at the most two apps downloaded and had received assistance from IT on making sure the apps were setup not to run when not in use. It finally decided after a few months of going from 100 to 20 within an hour that it was done and died on me. Would recommend giving the product and just Samsung in general a chance but I don't recommend going the refurbished route unless financially don't have a choice.

I bought my refurbished tablet in December 2014 and am still happy with it. The charger works, the tablet hasn't had any glitches or issues and holds a charge pretty well. I love my Samsung Galaxy tablet! It works just like a new one.

my Samsung certified refurbished galaxy Tab 4 10.1 works great ! everything is OK. It does not look like a refurbish tablet.
