Best buy always makes the refurbished items work like they are brand new. Also keep in mind doesn't come inbox so if you're getting it as a gift maybe make your own box.

Dont purchase refurbished

Worst ordered got from Bestbuy online

This watch I ordered from Best Buy before the Holidays I was supposed to get December 22, 2021 as a gift for my Girlfriend doesn't come till the 28th comes in a plastic zip bag no original box I was mad. Even for a refurbish item. I had ordered stuff from Best buy all the time and gotten my items on time. And in it's original boxes. This is the worst for the holidays that they ever did something like this never again.

It's refurbished so it has a little scuff where it looks like it was pried open by a technician BUT it works perfectly and does so much other than just counting steps. Great choice!
