Works great for at work. Still figuring it out but works for what i need...time and notifications. Wish it would stay charged longer. I only use it for work and i have to charge it every other time i use it. Otherwise it is nice.

I purchased an "open box" so I am having some difficulty getting my watch set up as it arrived with no instructions. I'm certain I can find online directions as my Best Buy store is currently closed for walk in traffic due to remodeling.

It didn't work as expected and I had to return it.

I love this watch it helps so i dont always have to have my phone. When i am in meetings it great for just a quick look. Very happy with the purchase

Was looking for the active 3 that’s what I thought I had bought so it doesn’t have th efetures I am looking for n now I can not take it back as I bought it as a birthdaygift

Have had the watch a couple weeks. It know automatically if I’m on the bike for a ride or climbing up stairs. Pretty neat too that I can text and receive via my watch without pulling the phone from the pocket. Has fantastic battery life too boot.

Loving my new Mother's Day gify so much. Was very easy to program too. I have wanted one of these for a long time. This was the best model.

Love this watch! I love that I have it when my phone is not in the same room. Bery nice to keep track of my workoutstoo.

Im super happy with this. It looks and works like new. I haven't had nay issues with it whatsoever. The only thing I don't love is the bluetooth range on this. The range is super short, but once you get back within range of your phone it reconnects automatically without any difficulty.

Great extension for the phone. No need to get out the phone when I receive notifications, calls etc... Also love heartrate and step counter.

With this watch, I am able to swim, text, call, track health related options and more...definitely would refer this product to others!

Pristine condition, beautiful! Easy to order and shipped quickly. Will update with pictures after Christmas since I wasn't really supposed to open it until Christmas morning.

Fair price for such a good product, plus it actually work to keep record of my swimming routines.

I'm sure a new watch would work just fine, but the refurbished one I got is a piece of garbage. The touch screen function is terrible, only works when it wants to and it's almost as if the dam thing is somehow haunted. It just randomly opens different applications or widgets or whatever they call them. DO NOT buy a refurbished item from Best Buy.

I already owned this watch and decided to get one for my daughter. I'm a big fan of refurbished tech so this was an excellent find. Worked just fine however I did have to clean it. It didn't disappoint, was easy to setup, and was compatible with my daughters collection of existing watch bands.

I am so glad I decided to purchase. I always buy the Best Buy warranty. It is easy to use, tracks what I needed to track and I am completely satisfied.

Its a pretty watch, but has allowed me as a mother and wife to not have to be tethered to my phone. So easy to use for almost anything my phone does, and even though its pretty small, its not difficult to read whats going on. Also, has helped with health monitoring, like sleep and exercise more effectively.

Great value got it for the cheap as a refurbished product. Looks and works as if brand new not one problem with the watch yet.
