    When I received my product, it charged up fine, it powered on fine it even almost connected to my phone fine until I had to touch the watch face. The touch screen did not work at all. Pretty much naking the watch unless. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I have a pair of refurbished ear buds I love, but this watch wasn't it.

    I love this one. I am wearing to this day to track my sleep. It actually turned on and was working when I got it. It pairs with my Iphone through bluetooth.

    This is the 4th Samsung watch I’ve purchased where I have run into battery issues after a short period of time. The last one I tried to purchase a refurbished one thinking maybe because it’s already been repaired, I wouldn’t run into the battery issue with a brand new one again. No, that was not the case. Just ended up running into this issue once again but sooner than the brand new ones. Just when I had faith in Samsung, the same issue happens with all my Samsung watches that I’ve purchased from BestBuy.
