Totally easy to sync with my new note 10+ phone the only onnnllllly thing that bugs me is the battery life is crap... gotta charge it like every 2 days but I’m neurotic so I charge it every night. But this watch is killer I can track my steps, stairs, squats, phone calls, text messages, email, get prompted to get moving If I am idle too long tracks your heart rate it’s absolutely awesome. Really helping me to stay motivated on my diet and exersize situation. Great buy. And refurbished, pfft it’s basically brand new.

Watch band can feel uncomfortable at times. Overall great performance when compared to the Active Watch 2. Only aspect I have noticed is the lack of constant pulse/stress measurements. You have to prompt on the Galaxy Watch.

I've never really worn watches, but this one is so useful I can't see myself without it now. I really appreciate that it has the Find My Phone feature. I do find that if I don't tighten it to an uncomfortable degree, it won't always stay on my wrist. That could be user error though.

This watch was a Christmas hit. Although this was was bought as a refurbished item, it came in perfect condition. The price could not have been better.

The aesthetics of the watch are exactly what my wife first noticed. She loved the rose gold tone. The product was a breeze to set up and immediately paired with her Samsung Galaxy Note 9. She was disappointed that the watch doesn't directly support Google Fit. However, we found an app that bridges the data between Google Fit and Samsung Health.

Great watch and in good shape Wish it came with an original packaging but Since it was refurbished it just came on a plain box

For being refurbished, the cosmetic quality was phenomenal. Everything functioned as it should. My only reason for one less star is because it was just banging around in the box. The watch itself was floating around freely entirely unsecured.

I've been using this Galaxy Watch for 18 months now and I'm still happy with it. The right side, lower 'back' button stopped working approx 3 months ago. The other 'home' button and dial-type face/touch screen still work 100%. The band is finally about worn out but it's a wear item so I'm fine with buying a new one. I would recommend this watch.

The online picture of this item is deceiving. The face looks pink to match the band. The face is more of a gold tone. The online instructions are great, but I would prefer a printed version would have came with my watch.

Good weight, size and display. The included band is pretty good as well.

I bought this (refurbished) due to the price being much less than a new one. It's great and the only negative thing I've encountered is one of the buttons needs to be pressed slightly harder than the other. I'll live...

Watch was as described works wonderfully. Great insurance options for a refurbished item that's being sold. I would definitely purchase refurbished items especially if they come with insurance plans.

I've owned this refurbished watch for almost a year now and I absolutely love it! I have no idea why it needed to be refurbished but it works great! I had a bit of a screen issue and there were a few notches but nothing that wouldn't have inevitably been there. Very happy with this purchase!

The rose gold color of the watch looks more gold than rose gold. Doesn't match the gold on the band. It was refurbished so im not sure if this is the reason.

I had this for a while now and at first i didnt know why i even bought it!!!! well now i feel naked without it!!! it so easy to use and very helpful, i dont have to reach into my suit to see whos calling or see a text! i just look at my watch and bamm done

I have enjoy wearing the watch since I purchased it. It replace my Fitbit and is entirely more functional. The most outstanding feature are all the watch faces I can display on the watch

To make this short, the first watch I ordered kept overheating after 2 min on my wrist. The company best buy sent me to did not warranty this watch, I went back and forth for a while until they decided to send me to the store for more help. There they realized the watch was indeed messed up and re-ordered the watch and shipped it to me. Now with my 2nd watch it works well.

The watch's battery lasts longer than Apple watches, and the classic circular design makes it ideal to have in public. Furthermore, the watch has built-in speakers that were surprisingly loud.

Excellent Alternative to Apple Watch and cheaper. Some apps don't work with certain faces but that is easy to fix
