This is not a review of the Smartwatch, but a review of Best Buy. The watch was refurbished. But when I took it out of the box it was well worn and filthy and did not have the charger with it! Why would a retailer take a product back that was as, again well worn as it was? The "manager" at the store did not offer to help me out with let's say a discount on a new charger. Seemed he didn't care one way or the other about my being satisfied with the purchase. I returned the watch.

So far the watch works good, Still learning to use it . The watch as a lot you can do with it, I like being able to read my emails on watch leaving my phone in truck and answering them in the field. I like using the samsung pay. Know who's calling at all times, overall I think it's a good watch. Works great with phone.

The gw3 is a must have in the galaxy eco system. I am currently reviewing this after purchasing the gw4 classic.the gw3 is the last watch made by galaxy which has the app for email. The newer watches use google or outlook not sure but they didn't fit my needs. It has all the features but doesn't overheat on the lte network like the gw4. The gw4 would overheat after like 1 min on a call while the gw3 didn't overheat on several calls of at least 30 minutes. Even witjout the latest software its still performs 100% so ill keep this until it dies or samsung ages it out .

Works great, easily connected and has a lot of useful features. I usually took my watch off when I'm at home, but I find myself wearing this one all the time.
