This was a great buy. The watch looks new and the battery lasts 4 days. I replaced my previous watch due to the battery life lasting less than a day. I am very happy with this purchase.

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR A SMART WATCH , INSTEAD OF PAYING OVER $300 , THIS WAS A STEAL. NO ISSUES WHATSOVER , WORKS LIKE A CHAMP AND HAS ALL THE FEATURES I WAS LOOKING FOR, ESPECIALLY THE ROUND STYLE LIKE A REGUALR WATCH, THAT DID IT FOR ME SINCE I HAVE TRIED OTHERS THAT A SQUARE AND JUST COULDN'T GET USED TO THAT.. WELL DONE!

Great for a watch in its price range, smooth and fast UI, great rugged design, unique strap, perfect size bezel really love the Samsung Galaxy 5 pro.

My "certified" refurbished watch arrived with malfunctioning light and magnetic sensors. The certification doesn't seem to mean anything - they can't fix the broken sensors, and can't exchange for a working watch. They will take it back as a return, but since this item is now sold out, I can't get a fully functional Watch5 Pro without paying several hundred dollars more (for open box, which is not even "certified"). So, caveat emptor, I guess. It's a fantastic watch, but I was hoping that all of the sensors would be working, and that didn't happen. Can't fault customer service in the store, just bear in mind that there are limited options for a certified refurbished item if it cannot be repaired in the stores. Perhaps that is why these watches were so cheap! But advertising them as "certified refurbushed" is basically fraudulent; they should be advertised "as-is, but we'll let you return it if you purchased it recently".

Hubby wanted one forever and I just didn’t want to spend the money since he had a Garmin smart watch already. I saw the refurb ine and had to jump on it. It’s very nice. Great customization and features.

Looks nice. I love it but I wasn’t aware I can’t use it without having a Samsung phone.

I loved this item. Reasonable priced. Didn't want to pay full price if I was not satisfied with my purchase. Definitely would pay full price when I'm ready for a upgrade. Apps are compatible with non Samsung product. Definitely down the line would want Samsung phone. Just got the new Motorola Razr. Next upgrade will be Samsung all around.

The model and the features are great. Saddly for me, when I put it under the water, it just died.

I got this watch for a gift. I was a bit hesitant to buy a refurbished one from GeekSquad, but after a week of use, I can confidently say that it’s just as good as a brand-new one!

Item arrived on time and in perfect packaging. The refurbished watch was clean and, as expected, with some minor wear. All features functioned well. A new watchband and a charger were also included in the package. For the price, i would highly recommend it.

Nice watch I like how all Samsung products pairs easily with each other I also have the Samsung Phone. Plenty of support out there, watch covers, bands and apps. Battery life is excellent.

Bought for my wife Christmas gift!! She loves it easy to use Dispite being refurbished it looks great

Works grest battery lasts all day. I charge it about 20 min day. Only complaint is its a little thick.
