Had to provide charger from old device. And screen is damaged out of box after a month i can't even use it anymore. Worst $600 i have ever spent. I'll have to take my lumps and continue paying them being as im on a fixed income and have no choice in the matter.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought ( paid cash) this phone ( because I liked it and it had 258 GB and was unlocked, and went to another carrier . I spent several days trying to get the phone unlocked with negative results. The phone could not be unlocked from T Mobile no matter who I called. If you buy this phone , I hope your carrier is T Mobile and you plan on staying with them. Many others have found the same problem. Read the reviews.
