Much faster charging and processing than the previous generation, but the body is much less durable. The Z flip 3 5G survived many drops with barely a scratch, dropped this one once and the back shattered. Too bad.

After purchasing the 128gb refurbished Flip4, the screen would flicker and power down any time the phone was folded. I tried to get it replaced under warranty 2 days after receiving it, but Best Buy refused. They only gave me a refund. I've generally had good luck with refurbished devices, but Best Buy Customer Service and Geek squad did a poor job with this purchase. Note: I am a total tech member too and that didn't help.

I bought 2 unlocked phones and one of them was not unlocked. When I called Best Buy mobile support, I was told to call Verizon to have it unlocked. Then I requested to talk to a supervisor as it was clear the representative on the phone was totally lost. She took time to have someone else on the phone, probably another staff , also lacking customer service skills and didn’t want to provide his name. Really poor customer service.

Getting a $1,000 for cheap just to be refurbished was definitely worth it. There were q few dings, but nothing major. The phone worked flawlessly, and was a great price to enter into the flip/foldable phone market.

Excellent phone for a great price and looks like new

The phone was beautiful, but unfortunately it was locked to ATT, even though it was sold as unlocked. I had no choice but to return for a refund. ATT wouldn't unlock it and Best Buy couldn't.

The phone was sent to me in a cardboard box and not a single thing with it. If I would have known I wouldn't have gotten andess then a month later the same phone brand new is now on sale for less what I paid and double the memory. I won't be shopping best buy anymore.
