I bought this for my wife & she absolutely loves it.

I want to love it, but it is very inacurate. I can climb a couple hundred flights of stairs from my couch. On a lazy day, I can almost burn 2k calories.

This watch did not work. The heartrate monitor never worked and the band broke only wearing it 2 days. I returned it

DOA - refused to charge. Charger was OEM brand new. Watch itself was unsantitized anx unrefurbished with no QA

Everything is great with tracker except the tracking of floors. I don't know if l got a defective one or this is normal for Samsung. l sent it back because when l climbed my 13 basement stairs, ten times up and down it read 3 flights. I tried it on different wrists, different speeds, swinging my arms (suggested by Samsung). So just went back to my FtBit.

Didn't work right. Had to return it. Not recommended.

I'm usually for refurbished and open box items but what I purchased was defected 100%. After having the watch for 2 days, it just stopped working. It would not let me open up areas within the watch. If I needed to add my water intake, the screen would go dark once I click on it.

I got this as a refurbished item, the first time I have done this and it wouldn't turn on. Had to return. Disappointed. I don't recommend refurbished.

I love my Gear Fit2! Especially that I can shower with it. However, I am disappointed at how quickly it runs out of battery. I don't even have the GPS or heart monitor on and I need to charge it every 2 1/2 days.

(General warning: If you are buying refurbished or Open Box from Best Buy, don't expect any manual or guide to be included, regardless of the product description.) (Specific warning - as others have said, the clasp is a joke. If you don't improvise something to secure it, it'll be gone.) I've been using this 2 1/2 months. There are things I enjoy about it. The active/light activity/inactive/sleeping/off wrist 24hr log is the most accurate feature. I enjoy the "50-min. inactivity - Get on you feet." reminder. The auto heart rate monitoring is NOT the continuous type, with programmable upper and lower limits, target zones and alarms. For that, you would need a dedicated heart rate monitor. This does keep a record of periodic readings and daily min/max. You can take a reading at any time and tag it for activity and emotional state. The stair-flight climbing counter, though, is wacked! And I'm not too confident about the step-counting. Before I've gotten out of bed, it's said I've taken 57 steps and climbed 2 flights! By the end of a day, it will say 120 - 230 flights when it's never more than 5. What is it counting - every time I bend over and straighten up or squat down and up = 1flight? Still, it is fun when it congratulates me on a completing a vigorous workout when all I did was wash my hair!

I ordered this refurbished Gear Fit 2 on 11/15/2017, and it was delivered on 11/21/2017. it was working fine until 12/6/2017, when I notice it cannot be charge. it just passed the 15-days return policy, so I have to contact Samsung directly to get service. Buyer beware!!

I brought this item due to costs. It’s an affordable option. I had it less than 24 hours and had to return the item due to it being defected. The store I returned it went beyond expectations to fix the issue. The tracker look brand new and it comes with a Samsung charger. Nothing else is included in sale however the owner's guide can be download online. I also got the Geek Squad 2-year protection which may have help with the customer service I receive at the store.
