First time I ordered a refurbished item online and I was a little nervous about how the watch would look. I have to say to my surprise it looks almost brand new just a little scratch . For the money I saved it was definitely a very good buy. Will consider refurbished items again.

I bought this watch refurb. i was concerned at first because I had been one of those people to want my electronics new, but it came and it has worked fine. no complaints. the only thing i hate is that i cannot charge the watch with the USB only. I have to use the charging port.

Purchased as refurbished for $99. It works as advertised, paired well with Samsung Galaxy S4, and no problems with the watch itself and apps; the only problem so far, and this is a pretty big deal, is the band does not stay on. The band is not connected to watch face as a regular watch and attaches to watch very flimsy, keeps falling off just by bumping watch into anything or just by turning my wrist, so it's very frustrating; I've had to use duct tape to keep the band from falling off. Samsung should have constructed this better.

I have 2 Samsung watches that I wear (this S2 for work, and a S3 classic outside of work). This works/ looks great and you can't tell that it's been refurbished. I don't like the fact that you can't have Samsung Pay active on both watches simultaneously though.

Great product! Wifi option kills battery. If you need to move your arms alot for work I reccomend you turning off the light up option. With wifi off and that feature off my battery lasts for 3 days. I walk about 20,000 steps a day. Doesnt count arm movements as steps!!!

A step up from the gear fit. The S2 feels like a watch, has customizable faces, and shows my notifications without reaching for my phone.

I work someplace where the employees are not allowed to have their phones out while working. As a Supervisor, I am sometimes required to have my phone available. Using the Gear S2 to receive messages is very helpful. The only downside to this product is that I wish it had a range of over 30 feet. Otherwise, I recommend it for anyone looking to buy. It makes answering the phone while driving a LOT safer. Simply touch, and your bluetooth earpiece is connected. You don't even have to look away from the road.

Very happy with my purchase. This watch does everything I need and more.

Bought this for wife who never wears watches so went with the refurbed just in case it ended up not being used. So far after a month or so it seems pretty good. She likes it and uses it daily. I like the health features on it. There was some weird issue with texts not coming through, then all of a sudden they did and has been working since. Occasionally it will not last a full day which is odd, haven't isolated cause. Not sure if it's due to refubed unit, updates, or something hung in background.

I bought this same watch for my wife a few months ago and she told me that of all the electronic toys I've bought for her over the years this is her favorite. She wears it to work everyday and has found it indispensable. I, too, like the watch but haven't had the time to play with it enough or read the manual so there are a lot of features The one thing that irks me just a little is the display is supposed to come on when you shake your wrist and it happens most of the time for me but not always.

First, I love the look of the white band and silver bezel. It's bigger than your average lady's watch but smaller than most smart watches. I'm still exploring it as there are so many functions. I really like changing the watch faces.

I bought this refurbish, it came on time. My wife wore it for few days and one night it automatically broken. I went to best buy to show watch but geek squad person does not know how to change belt. I asked them to get me the solution but they did not even help me. I am really upset with best buy.

I've previously owned the Pebble and Motorola 360 and this watch is by far the best. I prefer to this OS as opposed to Android Wear, it's cleaner and easier to navigate. The watch is very fashionable and I got it for a great price.

Other than a few small scratches, which is expected for a refurbished item, it is cosmetically fine. It works just as good as a brand new one. I got it on sale, so I only paid a third of the retail cost of a new one.
