    I'm at work and don't have much time to write about the laptop, but the delivery was fast and secure. The laptop is brand new although of course "refurbished". I've purchased other refurbished products before and have had no problems with them. there are newer Samsung models in the market, but this one is still recent enough to hold its own. The number pad is more than welcome. I'm in the utilities field in the military and do a lot of word processing, project management, and spreadsheet stuff. The keyboard feels good but I'll probably use an external keyboard to keep this laptop as new as possible. I spent a lot of money on a desktop #iMac# and will buy another Samsung for the wife. Enjoy.
