Hello, I tried several times to use it on my Samsung Galaxy Book and my Samsung S24, I could never use it, I returned it to the store, it was easy and fast.

I bought two Geek Squad certified refurbished 2 TB portable SSD's. One was missing a cable. Neither would work so I returned both and bought one that was new. It works great and I'm very pleased with it. So much for "certified refurbished". I can believe one not working, but 2?

This was a refurbised item. Windows 10 didn't recognize the drive (i.e. failed to mount - no letter). Probably returned first time around for similar reason. I returned it and purchaed a new drive which works great.

Got this "Certified" Geek Squad SSD drive and it was DOA out of the box. My PC would not recognize it. I even tried known good cables to makes sure it wasn't a cable issue. I’m extremely disappointed that Best Buy would try to sell a defective drive or it was never certified after the original buyer returned it with probably the same issue.

Dead drive. I bought it 1 year ago but just plugged it in today. The power light comes but does not show on my computer. My bad, I should have checked it right away. It is a Geek Squad Refurbished drive so I wasn't worried about. I should have been.

Was sent a 1tb drive and not the 2tb. Also, the drive only had one connector cord and must of been a display drive because because it still had velcro attached to it.

Samsung SSDs are the only way to go for me. With their cloning software, it makes it very easy to upgrade your system to a larger HD without reinstalling everything. This, however, is an external drive we bought for my kids' Xbox. If there's a complaint it's that it didn't come formatted to any system, so without a knowledge of mapping the drive so it's recognized by Windows / Xbox, it could be frustrating to someone just purchasing it and expecting it to work out of the box. Samsung drives have all provent to be very reliable and I'd definitely buy again.
