    Very disappointed! I expected more from Samsung. Poor sound very Bland,no bass ,no treble, poor sound wish I could take it back to BB Stay Away

      If you press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

      Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

    Had it less than a month and it’s not working properly. I’m not even sure it’s eligible for an exchange. Best Buy website say it’s non returnable.

    I bought open box b650. But when I opened it, it was a different soundbar. I didn’t add any warranty so Im not allowed to return it

    Poor performance from this soundbar. This soundbar quality isn’t effective like the TV I purchase I am considering to return I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

    The product should work on my TV with just an HDMI connection. First unit did not work so I returned it for an identical one. It did not work either.

    Subwoofer low quality and does not play deeps sounds at all. I would not recommend this model. If you are looking for a great sound try another brand.

    Low sound bar volume

    The sound of the bar is not strong enough, I had to turn up the volume to 70 and even then my TV speaker was louder. I am returning it to the store today.

    This Soundbar and Sub-Woofer is a great value!

    The soundbar is very cool, slender, and stealthy looking and fits perfectly in front of my tv. I was a bit nervous about the setup but it took me less than ten minutes from out of the box. The sound started working automatically after I plugged the soundbar into the wall (power strip) and then connected the soundbar to the tv with two cables: HDMI (not supplied) and Digital (supplied). The wireless sub-woofer is a nice, sturdy, sleek-looking black box. I positioned it on the floor rather than the wall and it also synced automatically with the soundbar and started working as soon as I plugged it into the wall (power strip). Easy breezy with no more steps to follow! The crystal clear sound quality coming out of the soundbar is even better than we had hoped, and the sub-woofer base adds a nice depth. Oversll we’re super pleased with this product combo and highly recommend it!

      Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When an update is available, you can update the Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.

      1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper right corner.
      2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model
      2. Download the firmware file (USB type).
      3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name.
      4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar.
      5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes.
      - During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB.
      - If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it.
      - When the latest Version is installed, no update is performed.
      - Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported.
      6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off

    Worked great for exactly a year. Now it won’t even turn on. It was purchased 11/18/22 and today in 11/28/23. Almost a year to the date.

    Don’t buy it’s no good I don’t usually give reviews but for this one I had too. you don’t want to be mad at your self because of the money you wasted buying this product I was and still is upset

    I bought this surround thinking it would work, but the bar didn't work, I couldn't get it to turn on. so i returned it to the store, i better buy a cheaper sound bar and it worked perfect

      I'm sorry to hear you're not completely satisfied with the overall volume of the B650 Soundbar. If you don't have a surround system, you will probably want to select PCM audio on your TV. You'll get much louder volume that way, and potentially better sound quality.

      If your Digital Output Audio Format isn't set to PCM, for instance if you have a Dolby option selected, then you will likely notice decreased maximum volume. Dolby options are designed for surround systems (like 3.1.2 or 7.1), whereas PCM provides great sound quality for stereo speakers.

      On a Samsung TV this can be found at Home > Settings > Sound > Expert Settings. (It can also be found in the Quick Settings.)

      There are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot your audio sync issues that you are experiencing. First, check the Digital Audio Output (on a Samsung TV) on your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format. Make sure this is set to Auto, Bitstream or Pass-Through if your TV supports this feature.

      On the provided Soundbar remote, press the SOUND CONTROL button which looks like a gear, then select SYNC. From here you can set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
