Great Sound Bar

The Best Buy representative said to go with this and I am totally happy with everything!

Thank you for purchasing the new HW-B650 Soundbar and taking the time to share your thoughts.
You can optimize your soundbar for whatever content you are enjoying to get the most out of the unit.
When you press the CH LEVEL button you can adjust the volume of the CENTER CHANNEL from -6 to +6 by using the UP/DOWN buttons on the remote.
If you want to fine tune your soundbar for the best experience, press and hold the (Sound Control) button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.

Even on level 10 you can comfortably watch tv , listen to music, at 100 you will have the house rocking. The woofer is also exceptional. Easy installation and connects with no issues thus far to my phone. I am very pleased with this purchase. If you do have this system full blast with woofer expect the walls to shake.

I never had a sound bar before but now having it I can’t believe I’ve lived without it like I swear it feels like whatever you’re watching it’s literally happening in your living room.

I do see some difference in sound from my tv to the sound bars sound and quality of sound. For the audio setup it took a bit to figure out how to sync the sound to the video....there was a bit of lag but could be do to the TV settings. Bass is awesome. Could really feel the bass during certain scenes.

If you are using a Samsung TV from 2020, 2021 or 2022 there is an option to do Audio Pass-Through which will help with any audio sync issues you might experience.
On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
If you are using a different TV then select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (which looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.

Very happy with item. Solid Bass and the mids to highs are perfect for movies or playing some music. I went ahead and got the Samsung SWA-9200 rear speakers to bring out the true Home Theater experience and glad I did.
