Try not to buy an open box from bestbuy

Dont recommend. Constantly have issues with it

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the sound occasionally dropping from your soundbar. You may first want to check the cable connection of the soundbar to the TV or external device to ensure it is secure, and properly connected to the correct port.
In addition to checking the connections of the soundbar, please make sure your soundbar is using the latest firmware version. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. You can update your firmware by using a USB device.
You may also want to initialize your soundbar by pressing the - and + (volume) buttons on the top of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset. Please know, this will reset all settings on the soundbar back to default; any sound adjustments will need to be performed again.
Should you continue to experience audio dropouts, and are connected wirelessly, please use the included cable to connect the soundbar to the TV. Using a wired connection instead of wireless often eliminates the issue entirely and improves the user experience.

Great But Broke Under 1 Year

Soundbar sounded like a robot recently- I tried both a soft and hard reset after contacting Samsung, unfortunately did not fix the issue. Had the most rude customer service person I’ve ever spoke to. Was told for a lack of better terms I’m SOL. Never again

We appreciate you taking a few moments to review the Samsung HW-B750D Soundbar.
Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When an update is available, you can update the Soundbar by connecting the USB drive that contains the update firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.
1.Go to the Samsung Electronics website (www.samsung.com) → click on the “Support” option in the upper right corner.
2.Click on “Manuals & Software” from the pop-up list > TVs & Home Theater > Home Theater > Select your model
2. Download the firmware file (USB type).
3. Unzip the file to create a folder with the file name.
4. Store the created folder in a USB and then connect it to the Soundbar.
5. A sequence of “UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON” will appear on the display 3 times. This will take around 6 minutes.
- During update, do not turn it off or remove the USB.
- If “UPDATE” does not appear on the display window, remove the power cord from the Soundbar and then reconnect it.
- When the latest Version is installed, no update is performed.
- Depending on the USB type, update may not be supported.
6. After the 3 cycles are complete, the Soundbar will restart and last source used will appear on the display for about 20 seconds and then it will go off (“UPDATE” > “BYE” > “ON”) 3 times “D.IN” > off

Thank you for taking a moment to review the Samsung HW-B750D Soundbar.
You can optimize your audio performance to your liking by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your soundbar remote and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing SURROUND SOUND, BASS BOOST, GAME, ADAPTIVE, DTS VIRTUAL:X, STANDARD.
By pressing the TONE CONTROL button, you can adjust the volume of the treble or bass sound. Press the button to select TREBLE or BASS and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
Press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for about 5 seconds to adjust the sound for each frequency band. 150Hz, 300Hz, 600Hz, 1.2kHz, 2.5kHz, 5kHz, and 10kHz are selectable using the Left/Right buttons and each can be adjusted to a setting between -6 to +6 using the Up/Down buttons. (Make sure the Sound mode is set to “STANDARD”.
Additionally, using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the subwoofer’s volume between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.

DO NOT TRUST BEST BUY

They just showed up without the merchandise on 1/9/2025. We also believe they made misrepresentations to us.

Great but it broke in less than 6 months.

Had it maybe 6 months and out of nowhere it got a very annoying buzzing sound I can't get rid of. I have to listen to the TV speakers now. I will see how Samsung responds.

First, try doing a soft reset, unplug the soundbar from the outlet for roughly 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
If this still does not correct your issue, then do a hard reset. With the Soundbar on, press the + & - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. INIT OK” appears on the display and then the Soundbar is reset.

Connectivity issue then Died in a few months...

Advertised as will work with Samsung TVs speakers plus sound bar (Q-Symphony). Worked for a couple months but started losing connection & had to turn off and back on for it to work again. Feb. 2025 and sound bar is dead! If I pay for shipping $$$ they will repair it since it has 12 month warranty. No Thanks, what's to keep it from dying again! Buy something that work's right...

Worked for two days

Plugged it in and worked straight out of the box with almost no setup. Sound was awesome! But that only lasted two days. Sound is now out of sync. Samsung customer service for hours on end updating firmware, changing settings, cycling power, etc. and nothing has made any difference whatsoever. I will be returning this and I will probably never buy another Samsung audio product again.

Here is a tip to try and get the audio synced with your tv.
If the video on the TV and audio from the Soundbar are not synchronized, select SYNC in SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear), and then set the audio delay between 0~300 milliseconds by using the Up/Down buttons.
