    Only worked for 1 year. Now we can't keep the soundbar on it keeps reverting back to TV speaker so it's worth nothing to us. As usual if we want them to look at it we have to pay. Would not recommend Samsung soundbar

    BAD PRODUCT!!!

    Not a good product; i had returned two a day apart because it's not connecting - no sound. I contacted Samsung and they asked be to download the software upgrade and install via the USB, yet it still didn't work. BAD PRODUCT!!!

    I tried to like this sounbar. I bought the Q60b, played it for some minutes ans ut stipped working, tried my other samsung tv ans still womt work, lost patients and returned it, got another one Q600b which was suppose to work well, i hooked it up and still the same result, stopped workiing after few minutes. Will return it to buy an more expensive one. If it doesn’t work, then I’m done with samsung soundbar. All my electronics are samsung but they fall my hand with this nonsense soundbar.

    Don’t waste your time & money!

    Bought with Samsung Q80B 75” TV. First day it stopped working in the middle of a movie. Had to return and exchange with same model since we liked the sound and the bundle price of $249. Happy then it stopped working again! Like the others, had to return it Twice! What a waste of time money and energy. So sad I didn’t listen to the reviews. Just buy something else.

    ****DO NOT BUY!!!**** I've never had a product not work 2x over...well, this is the one. 2x ordered it right from Samsung and 2x it didn't work in different ways. IDK who thier parts supplier is for this thing but it's HOT GARBAGE. I've got a lot of other Samsung devices that I love, so I don't understand how they have a product that is reviewed so badly and shows up non-functional so much. I'd pull these things off the shelves. Or maybe that's why their all at half price right now...hmmmmm I could probably return and give it try number 3 but how long do I really think it will last? 0 Stars if possible.

    Junk! Stopped working
