I was considering the new Sony Flagship models that just came out but they are all either out of stock or 2 months wait. I could not justify the total cost of the Sony either...especially with this Samsung being on sale. (and $200 gift card to boot). It is a nice setup. Sounds comes through clear. You will have to do some adjustments and tweaking for sure. Plan to spend a good hour getting everything settled in to your liking. The rear surrounds do a great job! I can't say though, that I'm really noticing a difference in the atmos features. I watched some youtube samples and it's there...but if you aren't listening for them....hard to separate out. Overall though...I can clearly hear the emersive surround. So much so, that it often times freaks my dog out. Sounds from shows/movies like walking on wood floor or knocking on the door my dog is jumping up running to the door or going upstairs to see who is here.

Insane sound quality for any system not just soundbars. Setting up with a Samsung television is a breeze. I was so impressed I bought a second one for another room.

This soundbar is best soundbar I have compared for the price. It is best sounding one. I know Sony hta9, and 7000, but at $1300 price point those need to come down in price or otherwise need to be extremely good comparatively. The thing I may like to change about this soundbar is, 1) woofer is weak, 2) remote is very limited in options. The setup instruction came in box, but I didn't need any because everything was already connected/paired. Super easy. I suggest to get stand for the rear speaker. That will make a lot of difference.

I’m really happy with my purchase ,it works great not thrilled with the price ,but I almost always get what I pay for. It’s a little pricey but I’m happy with it. The sound is awesome right out of box highly recommend this product.

I had to give it a few weeks before leaving a review. So far so good, i replaced my Q80 for this one. The sound is great , you can tell the upgrade from the Q80. With this Q90, it's not Harmon Kardon, but love the bass

A really good soundbar that seems to me to perform at a high level. It has a quality sound and is quite stylish for a soundbar. The only knock I can make is the remote control which is, effective but I think it needs to be a little easier to access some of the finer points that you like to adjust (for ex. rear volume, center level & type of sound setting-game, movie and so on. These can be reached but you really must be looking at the window on the bar (which is maybe poorly placed, on top of the bar) I would knock it down just a bit for this but didn't feel it warranted a whole star on rating as it does have an excellent adaptive sound (self-setting speaker level) which seems to be very effective. All in all, I like this bar and feel I got a good "bang" for my buck.

I'm not a soundbar guy but this thing has amazing sound. The atmos portion of the upper sounds coming down will never be as good as ceiling speakers, but amazing souround sound. Easy plug and play speakers and EARC cables included.

This sound system is awesome. It makes a single room sound great. It interfaces well with the Samsung tv. It can play songs off your phone, although doing so can be a bit of a challenge as it is not intuitive.

Excellent sound quality & distribution, Even though its wireless performs much better than wired AV systems. Loved it the moment I turned it ON, very easy setup and crystal clear sound reflects from every corner of the room.

Excellent sound quality and enough bass for a small living room. Only gripe is the soundbar outer surface is cloth and not metal like that of many others in this price range.

Audiophiles look out Samsung has taking sound bars to a whole new level with their 2021 Q950A sound bar which is one of the first 11.1.4ch Dolby Atmos sound bars and its done correctly. I bet a blindfolded Audiophile like myself would have a tough time distinguishing whether or not they were actually listening to a sound bar surround system. That's how good this package sounds especially when you pair it up with Samsungs 2021 4 & 8K Neo QLED TV's with Q Sympathy sound.

The Samsung HW-950A 11.4ch sound bar system is the best I have ever heard. Absolutely fills the room with incredible sound. From watching just normal programs, to sports, to movies, the sound and experience is incredible. No adjustment needed when you switch thru different programs as the bar, wireless sub and rear wireless speakers are amazing at adapting to whatever you are watching, We have it wall mounted 6" below a 85" Samsung TV and the entire experience of these components is amazing. A higher priced system in the market, but if you are going to spend the money on a Bose or Sonos, look at this one as it is a better bang for your buck in my opinion.

I had my 15 years old home theater back in the time I spend $10,000 on the system with eight speakers , receiver, Amp Monster power , expensive Cables you know how expensive can cost to have tower speakers receivers and etc. I decide now it’s time to let them go I sold everything of course 15 years old now it’s chip but it’s OK ,I use the money to buy this Samsung sound bar 950a and surprise me how good the quality , Crystal clear sound plus the space now I have in my living room my wife it’s so happy I don’t need to run cables everywhere I recommend the Samsung sound bar 950a

Love the sound bar goes great with my Samsung QLED tv. easy setup ... The only thing I wish Samsung would fix is that if I don't use the system for over week then the rear speakers would disconnect.

Easy to set up, fantastic sound! We have a Samsung tv & this sound bar works seamlessly. Only use 1 remote to work tv & sound bar. Works with our fire stick remote!

Very clear sound with the best rear speakers I've heard in a soundbar setup. Only complaint would he the display panel on the device on top of the unit instead of on the front.
