The Samsung HW-S60D soundbar is a great compliment to our new Samsung TV. The soundbar was recommended by a salesman from Best Buy. We had a 10 year old sound bar and didn’t realize the difference in today’s technology.

The new TV came with rather disappointing sound quality. Best Buy suggested this sound bar as a good match. The results are impressive. It delivers a surprising bass response for a small package. The sound clarity is quite good. I connected using the ARC HDMI, the recommended first choice.

Bought this for my mother no subwoofer included or added works well has enough base for her she had a Samsung TV so was a must to hook up with the e arc HDMI sounds good she's happy.

Very easy to set up & operate. The sound quality is very good but if you like a deep base sound, this isn't for you. This soundbar is worth the money for tv & movies.

the soundbar works great easy setup no subwoofer needed connects via Bluetooth sound quality is fantastic one thing i really like its small enough to either mount under the tv or just leave it on entertainment center worth the money

Easy to set up, easy to use. Great sound. We use only the e sound bar no other speakers and are completely happy with the output.

Big sound, small footprint, intuitive and easy to connect (especially to a Q-series Samsung TV). Previous, we had a 3.1.2 Samsung sound bar, connected to our main 65" Samsung Q90T. It was almost overkill in the small space we view media in, mostly. I would recommend this sound bar to ANYONE. Primary, or secondary TV, bedroom, living, even garage. This compact unit isn't shy. Also the virtual 5.1 and Q-Synphony features are beyond robust. I cannot say enough good things about this product

Easy to set up and good sound. The one issue is that the mounting system is not compatible with standardized wall stud placement. You will either need to utilize drywall anchors or buy a universal mounting system (Opted for this choice) in order to mount this properly.

It sounds good but I wish it had a screen display so I can see what sound modes I'm in and how it's adjusting. Without a display you're kind of in the dark on if you've got things set correctly but you have to just listen to the audio feedback. I wish it had an EQ feature but I guess that's for the higher end sound bars. I like the style of it and that it doesn't take up too much room. I wish it did a better job with audio leveling. The only thing I could do was turn off amplifier mode and it helped a little bit with leveling up the audio especially when TV commercials come on. But it sounds good.

It does what it says it will do. It connected seamlessly with my Samsung TV & Q Symphony. It's definitely a good fit for an apartment, and projects a good sound. Of course, without a subwoofer the bass isn't as strong.

SAMSUNG S60D packs a HUGE punch! It doesn't look like much. Its so small and compact. I didn't get a chance to test it before I purchased it. I went in-store to test it but BB had all of the sound bars turned off. I had this set up and working in about 5 minutes. I turned it on and was blown away! Never had a budget sound bar this good. I was not expecting the bass and rumbling that came out of this bar. I live in an apartment so I can't have a separate sub woofer sitting on the floor or hanging on my wall. SAMSUNG S60D more than exceeds my expectations as a sound bar with built in subwoofer. I really have to be careful because this has so much bass, I have to keep it down so I won't disturb my neighbors. Not only does the sound immerse the room, I can hear it clearly throughout my entire apartment. I have an older Samsung sound bar twice this size that doesnt pack the same punch as this one. I love this so much I'm thinking about getting another one for my bedroom if it goes on sale for black Friday. I just wish it came in a grey color I'm tired of all of the black sound bars.

Purchase this soundbar for my bedroom. It was easy to install and set up. Sound is great.
