Great soundbar with clear audio and solid surround effect. Dolby Atmos and Q-Symphony work really well, especially with my Samsung TV. Bass is decent, but a separate subwoofer would improve it. Overall, a great upgrade for small to medium rooms.

We’ve had this soundbar for about two weeks now and it’s been great! It was easy to setup and the sound quality is excellent! It pairs great with our Samsung TV which we have connected with Q Symphony feature. Both the TV and Soundbar are actively on and they sound great together! Highly recommend this bar. It’s speak design is great and sound output is excellent!

You can connect this sound bar to an older TV. I've had the sound bar for about one month. It's being used on our spare bedroom TV. I have it connected two ways: 1. via Bluetooth, through my fire stick 4k max. 2. via audio optical cable and into to my 15yo UN55B8000 Samsung. I could not get the TV remote, nor the fire stick remote to control the sound bar volume, but I'm still researching how or if I can get it to work. Because I am not connected via USB arc, I do not get any pop up menu's available on my tv (if there are any). The settings, sound mode are controlled by counting the blinking white lights on the front. Not the best but oh well. Sound: My room size is 16' x 18' and the sound quality is GREAT! I judged against the stock tv speakers and with an HW-B650/ZA 3.1 versus TV speakers - 100% better quality in voice, music, action, and bass versus the 3.1 - Not as much bass but lots better on all the other parameters. The different sound modes and tone controls are fun to play with. The woofer volume control is a great feature and I use it because today's music can have an overbearing amount of bass. My 4k fire stick max has the Dolby Atmos feature and boy does it boost the sound. This feature alone makes the unit a winner! I have not utilized the separate channel control option so I cannot comment on it. I have it mounted under the shelf my TV sits on and the brackets are easy to use. Overall opinion - For the price, it's size and weight, and with the size of room I'm using it for, I am very happy with it's performance, I recommend the Samsung HW-S60D 5.0 and give it 5 stars out of 5

I’m really enjoying the improved sound in the living room with this soundbar. I like that it’s not a huge item with a big woofer. I wanted the improved sound without having to really alter the decor. 5⭐️!

This is my first ever soundbar and I love it. I bought it to go with ny new Samsung 50 in TV and it fits perfectly on my TV cabinet. It is advertised as an all in one soundbar so I really had no intention of buying other units for a true surround sound. As one thing leads to another I had the desire to add rear speakers once everthing was in place. Much to my dismay the Samsung speaker kit designed especially for this soundbar is unavailable and some places I have checked say discontinued. From my research this soundbar just came out in May of 2024 so that was a huge disappointment as the newer models of rear speakers from Samsung are not compatible. One thing I will caution people who are buying their first soundbar is to measure very carefully if your TV and soundbar are going on a TV cabinet. There are some YouTube videos out there that test the sounds coming from your soundbar. It is pretty awesome how this soundbar truly is an all in one unit. It would not replace actual rear speakers etc but it sure is better than the TV speakers only. I would recommend this soundbar if sound is important to you, I am a retired band director so music and sound are part of my DNA.

Bought to replace the speakers on my PC since I was redoing my setup and wanted something that'd need less wires since I was re-cable managing everything, and I also didn't want my speakers behind my monitor. This however just fits perfectly underneath said monitor, and the sound is just as good as the speakers they replaced; especially after getting some acoustic foam and pitching it up a little so it's aimed directly at my face instead of towards my hands and keyboard. Initially intended to use HDMI-ARC, but then I realized shortly after my motherboard doesn't have that so I ended up using bluetooth for the first night I had it which wasn't great. So the next day I went out and got an optical audio cable and the difference was a night and day improvement. So definitely don't use the bluetooth as your primary audio connection. The biggest downside initially though from switching to computer speakers to a soundbar was that my speakers had an audio jack for headphones, so it was simple to just plug them in when I needed them and unplug them when I didn't. However I just ended up my headset into the back of my computer so it's plugged in at all times, downloaded SoundSwitch and set it up to switch between my headset and soundbar and to open upon startup, and setup a macrokey to switch between the two audio sources. So now when I want to listen to something with headphones I can just swap audio outputs at the push of a button, and it's actually more convenient than it was previously plugging and unplugging them into my speakers.

This is one of Best Sound Bar for listening Music, if can Match with a High Quality Base Unit. If anyone belive Lab Test report, than it is way better any Bose, Sonos,Klipsch, JBL,Polk, LG, Vizio in this Price Range. More Technical Analysis and details are availabe on add URL. So far I have found only two problem... 1> This Doesent have RJ45 wired LAN connection Port and.. 2> Bass is not good, you need to buy separate Bass unit for this... So far this sound bar works well after about a month of usage. I spent 4 weeks going to the store back and forth reviewing the soundbars. This is better than SONOS and half the price. In terms of sound, price, and value i think its the best in the $300-600 range. The only negative is there is no numerical value for sound volume.

This is the soundbar to get. If you have a Samsung TV this intergrates your TV's existing speakers with it. I got this for the superbowl after recently getting a TV and the difference is enormous. I like not having to use snaller satellite speakers or a seperate sub woofer to get great sound, although if inwant to donit later this unit makes adding those later a breeze. Highly recommend.

I like the compact size - it fits perfectly under the front of my Samsung TV, and the sound is excellent. My only complain is that the HDMI connection only works with an HDMI(ARC ) port; my TV only has one of those and I need it for my cable box. But the digital optical connection seems fine.

great sound - no complaints. can't go wrong with this model. Sound is a huge upgrade over built-in TV speakers. No subwoofer, but for me that is not needed. The only negative is - some of the other samsung soundbars are fabric and the speakers are facing the ceiling. This one is hard plastic and the speakers face forward. There is that aesthetic difference in how it looks and may make a difference based on the room size. Either way - the sound is great and can't go wrong with this. Plugged into HDMI port on a non-samsung branded TV and it "just works" without a lot of setup or configuration.
