Stunning and stunningly impractical
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As a purely asthetic accessory, this is very unique, stylish, and fun. However, its surface is more susceptible to smudges, scratches, and severe damage than the bare phone itself. It also provides virtually no protection at all: the entire cover pops off easily if the phone is jarred or dropped, and in spite of the fact that one of its most intriguing features, mood lighting, requires the phone be set down "face" first, the edges don't come up anywhere near far enough to create a lip keeping the screen from scraping against the surface beneath it. A promising idea, but a cover that consumes a little battery and seems like it could use a case, bumper, or glass protector of its own can't really claim to serve much of a practical purpose.

I hope Samsung comes out with new colors and patterns soon (maybe a neon yellow and pink or an embellished case with those innovative lights...I would drool all over my phone seeing that hahahaha) and I'll buy one in each color. Dont forget to include the Galaxy Note 10 + please!!!! Thank you Samsung and Best Buy!

Pretty cool effects and decent case

The LED effects are pretty cool, especially when taking pics. The rear of the case has a smiley face animation which always makes people smile. My only gripe is the case is very slippery, but I guess that should be expected. It's also a bit pricey, but fit and finish is top notch.
