The light on the back gives you a lot of choices and is a nice flash to light up in the dark and is a great conversion starter

The first one lasted about a year, then the shiny coating wore off. Lights up when I set it down. Shows when I get a text. Other people comment on it constantly. Haven't seen this technology with any other phone cases.

Great idea, horrible implementation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I loved the idea of the LED case and others think it's awesome too, except that it offers nearly no protection to the phone whatsoever. I've had the case for barely 3 months, each corner is cracked and you can hear the plastic move and creak as you're holding it. If Samsung could make this a sturdier case with drop protection, additional protection for the screen, and the customizable LED's like their Wallet case, it would be 5 stars, hands down. I recommend it for the cool factor but I dont recommend based on phone protection
