Poor quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, very cheap design, poor customer experience I bought these headphones on March 3rd and I've already had issues with the headset. I was originally skeptical about the headset due to the sound quality, but decided to keep them anyway. 3 months into owning them the power button fell off!!!! Even contacting Samsung for support was a pain. The rep originally told me that this isn't covered due how the headset could being used. I'm not the type of person to abuse any of my electronics so this was a difficult conversation to say the least. Samsung is selling a cheap product at a premium price. I do not recommend buying these and after this I'll have to jump on the band wagon and purchase Beats headphones instead. By the way no empathy from the reps and it took 3 phone calls and a supervisor to resolve the issue. I forgot to mention I was hung up on the first time I called after asking for a supervisor. Please don't waste you money

Don't waste your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not that it matters now, but I bought these about 8 months ago and never used them. Went to use them now and I can't even get them to charge or turn on. I should have read the reviews online before I bought them. I'm not the only one that had a bad pair and got stuck with them.

Terrible

The cord is very uncomfortable even if you put it on the back of your neck. As for the sound, no better then a cheap pair of ear buds.
