This is really wonderful product of Samsung.you can put trust.

The cord shorted out on me less than 2 weeks after purchase. I exchanged them and the SAME thing happened to the new pair. I returned them for a refund. Worst $180 I've ever spent.

wireless would be my preference. the wireless version is a bit price though.

I couldn't use the headphones with my iPhone and use the controls on the headphone wires. Lame

I've had these headphones for almost two years, but I very rarely used them the first year. Now I'm commuting to and from work every day on a bus, and I use them every day. The problem is they are breaking at the hinges. The plastic is breaking off at the hinge, exposing the hinge and now they are barely attached. The pin is falling out of one of the hinges regularly, and I fear that it's only a matter of time before my headphones are completely broken. I have always carried these in a case and handle them with extreme care. It seems that my very normal use is killing the headphones, and in my mind, they should've lasted a lot longer. It's really too bad because they're very comfortable and the sound quality is very good.

Just amazing - just about the most comfortable headphones you can get. B&W P5 was my favorite headset until I got ahold of these. Samsung just knows how to make great products with great build quality.

I wanted some over the ear headphones where I could listen to my music and not have to unplug when I received a call. I was impressed when I received these headphones, stronger design when compared to Beats, great noise cancellation, and callers can hear me clearly.

At first I was skepticle but i am so happy i baught them. I prefer them over beats.verry comfortable and stylish. great buy for the money. Love them.

I am a Samsung nerd when it comes to their products and i have made very critical light of their failure with the Gear product line but this! These head phones are back onto part with the quality I'm used to with Samsung. Price for product it beats the Beats hands down, and I like the wire too, call me old fashioned but having to be constantly near a plug just isn't appealing to me.

I received these headphones in the mail a few weeks ago and they were great while they lasted. I treated them with utmost care, even carrying them around only in the case. however, today I noticed that there were cracks along the hinges where you can collapse the headphones. I can't think of a time where I might have dropped the headphones or tugged on them excessively. pretty upset about it.

I purchased these headphones. A month later the chord broke. Samsung would not replace because I could not find my receipt. Spent hours on the phone with them. They have the worst costumer service I've ever experienced. Will never buy another Samsung product ever again.
