EXCELLENT HEAD SET BEST I HAVE EVER OWNED

These headphones work great with my phone can listen to my personal play lists and never miss a phone call. The headset pauses my music and picks up the call. When I'm done talking it go's right back to the song I was listening to. You increase volume with a upward swipe or move to the next song with a for word swipe or listen to last song with a backward swipe. To lower volume do a downward swipe. It works with all downloaded music or streaming music. I have enjoyed many hours Listening to my favorite songs of the 60"s I would highly recommend these they can block all outside noise so you really get an A1 listening experience.

Good Headset, but I returned it...

Let me start out by saying I'm very picky about my headsets. And that is probably an understatement. I have so many headsets, it's embarrassing. Bose, Plantronics, Beats, Jabra, Ultimate Ears, Shure, you name it, I may have had it. There's a few things I look for in a headset. Sound quality, voice quality, comfort, style and battery life if wireless. I have a Note 4 and stumbled onto the Level Over via Samsung's website. I was not really in the market for a headset, but when visiting my local Best Buy, a sales rep in the Samsung section, told me they were 1/2 off bringing the price below $200. This was a bargain, so I decided to give them a go. Sound Quality (5 stars): Top notch in my book. The noise calculation is spot on. It is strong, but not too much to where you hear the annoying "hissing" sound. The sound quality is really good, but jumps to outstanding when you use the Samsung Level app with your phone. You have total control of the sound. If you want base, you got it. If you are into rock, country or EDM, these should work well. Wind - there is a gap between the cup and the brace that goes over the head. Wind gets trapped in there OR wind gets picked up from the active mics. Either way, if it’s windy outside, it will impact the sound quality. Voice quality (2 stars): I am picky when it comes to voice. I am on the phone a lot for work and I hate nothing more than a bad call experience. Choppy, tin can, echo, breaking up, alien... drives me crazy. The feedback I have on voice falls into two buckets. First, if I used the wire or bluetooth, I was told I sounded "hollow". People could understand me, but they could tell I was on a headset. This is usually okay for most people. If you're outside and there's wind... it's not going to work for you. I was unable to test if the mic picked up a lot of background noise. The other bucket has to do with the noise cancellation feature. Talking on the phone with these things in noise calculation mode is painful. Your voice is NOT picked up by the mic and routed back into your earphones, so you can't hear yourself talk (if that makes any sense). Put your hands of your ears and talk. That is what it sounds like, but times it by 5. It is okay for short calls, but I wouldn't be comfortable taking long calls on it. The good news, is you can disable noise cancellation mode and the headset and mic still work. It is still not great, but it is improved. Comfort (5 stars): It doesn't get too much better than this. They really are comfortable which is something I usually struggle with because my head is on the BIG side. People with big heads usually experience a "pressing" feeling over longer periods of time which is uncomfortable at 60 minutes. These do not press up against the head AND the nice leather cushion headrest is perfect. When adjusted to your head, the headset truly rests on your head and not your ears. Style (3 stars): There are part of them that I like. I really like the leather band. I like the no buttons look. The colors are good, especially the white ones (although I purchased black). That said, they are giant. When wearing them to the check the mail, I felt like I was headed to the gun range or on the flightdeck of an aircraft carrier. They are BIG, but also note, they are lightweight for how big they are. I was okay wearing them in my home office, but would not be okay with wearing them in the office or at the airport. Also note, they don’t fold or collapse. So if you’re mobile and need to pack them, they’re going to take up a little room in your bag. They do however, come with a nice case for storage. Volume and track control is done through a touch slider. I liked it, although the pause feature did not work on my phone or I could not get it to work with Spotify or Soundcloud. Battery Life (5 stars): They charge fast and lasted a long time. I don’t know the exact times, but I was content. As noted in the title, I ended up returning them. Even though I got them for half off retail, they were just not for me. For the Level Over and I to live happily ever after, this is what I would like to see in a future version. Work on the size. Needs a smaller footprint. Specifically on how far they stick out off the ear. Need to solve the problem with wind and how it affects the sound quality. When on a call, somehow route my voice into the ear piece so I can hear myself and we’re gold (similar to what Turtle Beach has done with their gaming headsets). I travel often and it would be helpful if they collapsed or folded down.

The build quality seems great and they are incredibly comfortable. The touch controls are really cool and they work flawlessly. Bluetooth connection is easy and I would say the range is above average. A lot of reviews mention the lack of bass from these headphones. Most people don't realize that larger headphones like these need to be broken in. Those drivers(50mm I think) need to be loosened up. I ran them for over 30 hours, a variation of white noise, heavy drums, and frequency sweeps. I started out at low volumes and worked up to near maximum volume. When paired with the Samsung Level Over app, you can customize the sound perfectly. There are other options in the app as well, such as controlling the noise cancellation and notifications. They come with a cable too with an inline remote, so they can be used passively without the power on. The carrying case is nice. They don't fold, so if you're looking for compact headphones, these aren't the ones.

These headphones sound great and the battery is amazing. I haven't charged them since I bought them two weeks ago and I just got a notification that they're dying. Even if they're dead you can plug in the 3.5mm cable that's included. They include an airplane adapter if you want to watch whatever the airline is playing. I typically stick to my own media. They're a little heavy after a while, but overall very comfortable to wear. S-Voice is not my favorite, but I wanted to try it out and I was very happy and surprised that it works with Google Now. I can use the voice commands on the headphones without having to fight with S-Voice. The NFC paring was seamless and the touch gestures work fairly well. Little hard to recognize the double tap sometimes when you want to pause your media.

These headphones are very good, but I eventually decided to return them after trying some other headphones. The noise cancelling is pretty good, but not comparable to the latest from Bose, its a step below that. The sound is pretty good, it's very neutral, but to my ear lacked a bit of low end which is surprising considering the large 50mm speakers. I was using with this with an iPhone and it worked via bluetooth without issue. The only real negative to me is the virtual touch pad on the right ear cup, I would have much preferred physical buttons. Also these do not get extremely loud on bluetooth, I generally found myself having to max the thing out. Perhaps with an Android phone it would be different since they have an app for the headphones, but for me I would have preferred to have been able to make it a bit louder - and have better bass. Overall the headphones, for wireless bluetooth with noise cancelling, are quite good - but the $350 price tag is hard to justify.

I went into best buy not knowing a lot about wh9ch wireless headphones I wanted and I am glad after trying them out in the store and using my phone to research while in there I choose these. I use this daily at work. The sound is fantastic and the Noise Cancelation feature is great so I can concentrate better. The battery is fantastic and I can go about 2 work days of good listening. The comfort blows the competition out of the water (the only one that I felt was on the same level was a Bose wired headphone that I can't recall the model). At the time the price was less than wireless Beats and a lot more comfortable.

Very comfortable, awesome sound and excellent battery life what more could you want. Only downside is the price and they are a little on the large side so they take up a lot of space in your bag while traveling. The touch pad controls on the right ear are also a nice touch but is a little too easy to accidentally bump at times.

I wouldn't pay $350 for any headphones, but at $250 or less this a great buy. Noise cancellation is excellent. I've used them on flights, mowing the lawn, blowing leaves. For large headphones these are very comfortable. I've worn them for up to 3 hours with no discomfort. NFC works great with my S4. The EQ app makes a good thing even better - allows for preset and custom settings. On-headphone touch controls are very convenient and work flawlessly. Only downside is that they don't fold or collapse for storage.

These headphones have a great build quality, are very comfortable and have amazing sound. The active noise cancelling feature works perfectly. I do one long haul international flight every month, purchased these to give me high quality sound while on the plane. The Bluetooth connectivity is a great bonus on these as well.

I got to purchase the Level Overs 50% off. It was an impulse buy if I'm being honest. I'm glad I bought it. The quality is amazing, and it is really comfortable to wear. The controls on the Bluetooth headphones are actually really nice. The app is also really helpful to play around with the quality. The NFC feature I use every time. However, for $350, I'm not sure I would purchase these. $200-300 for sure. Also, it is a shame they can't fold, as the case takes up a lot of space, but it isn't a deal breaker.

Great headphones. The Samsung level app is amazing, it really helps customize until you get the sound that you like. The battery is the best, I don't charge mine regularly. A charge lasts like a whole week (I use them to commute daily and listen to audio books online). Touch pad on the right side is really convenient and make is simple to change tracks and up or down the volume it's also very responsive. The clamping force is minimum and these are very comfortable when using for long periods of time. Definitely recommend them. Ps the bass is really good if you tweak the equalizer on your music player app and combine it with the Samsung level app equalizer options, you can really get a rich bass. Just a FYI.

Been waiting for these to get back in stock finally did! The only thing that I have an issue with is the size of the physical headphones and the fact that they do not fold up. These headphones are so comfortable! I have glasses and lots of ear piercings and they do not cause any irritation at all. Sound quality is also pretty awesome, wish there was a little bit more bass to the music but still a great product.

It's okay, not like the Bose quitecomfort25, but those have no Bluetooth and you'll need to buy batteries. There's an app from Samsung that makes this headphone get more bass, if your more into vocals, there's that option too and the app is free. The touch sensitive side is amazing as well, really helps with the volume/controls. The Bluetooth has never disconected, I've only used the cable it cans with once. Calling is good, no problems either. The noise canceling is great, you might hear a bit the person next to you but not like a plane engine. It's in a way wired but you'll still love it and notice the noise reduction. The battery life is amazing, I hear about 3-4hrs a day and it last a whole week. I don't ever regret buying this headphones, they are big tho. All My friends love it too. Hope this helped you out.

I've used the headphones with my PC, my tablet and my phone. My tablet and phone are also Samsung so, of course, you would expect them to work well together. They are comfortable, although I have never worn them for longer than 30 minutes or so, so can't comment on how they feel on a long haul. I can move around the house and much of the yard without any breakup and I can used them in the same room as the TV - which was my reason for buying them. The PC is in the same room as the TV. The headphones cancel enough of the exterior noise that I can listen to my books or videos when the TV is on.

These Headphones are absolutely awesome! I didn't care for the price, but once I listened to them on my Galaxy Note phone with the cord and with the blue tooth option, I forgot all about the price! On the other hand they seem really bulky, but once again, I was pleasantly surprised. I can easily fall asleep in bed with them on because they are also very comfortable. They are a very good investment and worth every cent.

The 12-15 hour battery life is a major game changer. The ability to use these wireless and with a cable not using any battery put these ahead of Beats in my opinion. Took back my $400 Beats Pro for these and never looked back.
