These headphones are fantastic for the price. They sound great with a good amount of bass, they feel very comfortable in your ears, and they feel very comfortable to wear all day long. When I wear them for long periods of time around my neck, I often don't even notice that they are there. The only problem with these headphones is battery life. I find that it doesn't last very long compared to Bluetooth headphones in the same price range. Overall, I like these headphones.

The sound quality and battery life of these headphones is amazing, even compared to my LG Tone Pro I had previously. I use these for listening to music as well as phone calls and never had any issues with quality of sound or microphone. My only complaint is the headphones magnetize together instead of retracting into the headset or magnetizing to the base. The headphones always seem to be in the way if I'm not using them.

These were a great investment for me. The noise canceling works well and the battery life last a full 8 hours at work.

I had the previous model, the one without ANC, so I already knew the good and the bad. I had to use clear Epoxy on the second week to cover a hole that appeared on the left earbud. I didn't want to waste time in exchanges and arguments. The repair worked great; hence, they are back in service. The one thing that surprised me is that you have to use the biggest rubber pads to really notice the ANC, kind of counterintuitive. Once I changed to them, wow!, the ANC is for real and the sound is as good as before: UHD. Of course, you'll still have the complaint of the low volume, but I knew that before hand.

Samsung did a wow by creating these headphones wireles...i took it for gym and ou door...pretty comfortable and good sound with my s7 edge...but when you use it with samsung level app and adjsut your equalizer you can enjoy more better...

Over all good sound quality, not as loud as I would like but the noise cancellation can help that if needed. I would like to see the cords be just a few cm longer, but for the average person this isn't an issue. Would also like to be able to get the app on apple to adjust levels, but it's a apple and Samsung thing.

Made durable and seems like they will last. Earbud cords are thicker than other brands which I like. Battery life is not good compared to other headsets though. Like that they are water and sweat resistant. Speaker and sound quality is good compared to others at this price point. They just lack base. Would recommend!!!

Bought this on sale at Best Buy for my wife who is about as un-tech savvy as they come... and not only does she use them, but she loves them! I'm a died-in-the-wool Android Samsung Galaxy Note freak and won't touch an Apple iPhone. My wife on the other hand, is the opposite, and can't be bothered with technology if it involves anything beyond plugging it in to charge it... So given that, she goes nowhere without these on her neck now. They're easy to use and have a long enough battery life that they last her for more than a day. I felt like since they had the white color (aura of the white iPhone earbuds) with the Samsung name that she'd like the way they looked. I was right. But since these headphones, like an iPhone, are very easy to use, more importantly she uses them. (My only reason for holding back from 5 stars is that the noise cancellation feature - which is a separate switch - seems to be too aggressive and as often as it cancels out noise, it cancels out the quality of the call entirely. So you pay extra for a feature that in execution works only marginally.)

Great for outdoor use they sound loud and clear very resistant for work.

Sound is great, good connectivity and comfortable to wear. However, the item is a little too delicate, the neck piece broke after a couple weeks. I was able to repair it and got good use out of the headset for quite a while but I knocked off one star for limited durability.

The sound quality, comfort, and volume on these headphone are all good when connected to my iPhone. It is the noise reduction that I'm not certain about. To be fair, I used these inside a helmet when riding a motorcycle, which I'm guessing isn't really a fair test.

I bourght it and really love , great sound and battery

First of all the design is awful, I've had several lg tone headsets and they do a much better job of staying on your neck. Dangling ear buds that don't have a home are always in the way unless they are in your ears. Battery life is about half of the lg sets I've had. Phone calls are pretty bad on the other side with people complaining about the volume and static. I do like the noise cancelling feature, it does make quite a difference.

Sound very good my son love it and very comfortable

Just needs a few things to make worth purchasing. Fits good around neck . Not so good in ears. Need strong magnet to hold to neck peice. Rang suxs sound is great. Person on other end of a call can't hear me worth a darn . Every single caller said I sounded like it was in my pocket. I had the mic right infront of mouth to . Very frustraghting . I know it's posible to put a good mic in there . Has to be . Taking both pair back tomorrow.

Good pair of headphones for the price. Nothing fancy but they serve hair purpose.

Worked pretty good. Used on a 16 hr overseas flight. Really helped.

Outa all the Bluetooth Headphones I've had like these, these had best noise canceling in background. Battery life wasn't good tho for listening to music through out day. 5hrs tops! LG hbs-1100 i get 11hrs easy. Plus there is nowhere to hook dangling earbudd when not in ears. They got cought on everything for me at work. Didn't care for them. Returned cause that and battery life was up and down.

Went out In 6 months. Comfortable to wear. Needs more functions ..skip....play....and the answering function is hard to keep up with...needs stronger magnet

This is my 50th pair I have tried so many brands. These ones were horrible because they fall off your neck. They were not designed right for your neck
