Awesome vacuum. Picks everything up with first try!

Carpet height adjustment needed but a good vacuum.

Powerful vacuum suction and "lift off" capability is a bonus. Only downside so far is the fixed angle of the head for the vacuum extension in the lift off mode. As fixed it is difficult to use other than in an absolute horizontal position - while that has sone uses - an articulating head would be appreciated,

Good vacuum. perfect for my apartment. The only annoying thing were the marketing stickers on the cannister that were very difficult to remove.

90% of my apartment is a medium to short nap carpet. No pets except fish. Old vacuum was a Miele that had no agitator brush. It did the job or so I thought. Best Buy had a nice price and it was available for pick up. No real set up right out of box. Tested it that night and it really pulled out a lot of stuff left behind by the Miele. I vacuum maybe every 7-10 days, so far so good. Don't really use the hose and attachments. The one time I did I found the hose a bit tough to extend.

This thing is so strong I feel like it pulls my carpet up!

It's powerful suction low to the ground picks up all the dust on my hardwood floors.

Good performance on carpet, not so great on hard surface

I was so hesitant when I was looking for vacuum and so confused between the Samsung and dyson especially the price difference is 150$ so I thought I might save some money and get the Samsung .. In my experience Samsung is a good vacuum with a powerful suction but dyson beats it in the following : - although the Samsung seems to have more power in suction but the cleaning quality is better in dyson. It doesn't miss anything while with Samsung you might need to swipe over some carpet areas twice to get it cleaned - cleaning Samsung especially from Hair wasn't a very peasant experience whil dyson head was easy to de-assemble and then clean after. If your budget is kind of limited and wanted a good vacuum then Samsung is your choice but if you can afford it I would recommend you to go for dyson. It's the best !

This is a great vacuum and super light weight for the price. Cleans everything I need it to and more.

Needed a new vacuum for the house, was looking at Dyson then saw the price and said no thanks, went in looking for a Shark cause it had excellent reviews and was compairable to the Dyson and is marketed as the poor mans Dyson. Went to go see it in person and right next to the Shark was this beautiful Samsung model, the Shark wasn't bad but it was ugly and it didn't handled like I would've liked it to and the attachments were all over the place, I picked up the Samsung Lift&Clean VU3000 Bagless Upright Vacuum and it was love at first and site and feel. Light weight, handled like a sports car on rails and everything about the design made sense, it's small but not too small, compact and moves like a runway model in Prada, question was how did it clean, only one way to tell, buy it and put it to work. Mind you my carpet hasn't been cleaned in a fort night, ran the vacuum though just once, I could not believe how well it cleaned the carpet with just one pass, I actually never knew how soft my carpet was till I finished cleaning it, the brushes really dug in deep and really got out all the dirt and particals, was amazed and a little ashamed to see just how much was picked up, the canster was so easy to empty and clean. Needless to say I cleaned the rest of the house and it never looked and felt so clean, even the air quality was improved, oh and it worked great on the tile floors as well! The attachments are also extreamly easy to use and the hose is longer then I expected, suction on this Vacuum is second to none, has the strongest suction of any vacuum I've use! The price is perfect, don't question it, just go for it. The only thing I would have liked on the vacuum that's not on there is a light at the front so you can see a little better what you're actually doing, for those of you who have or had a light on your vacuum you know what I mean, but by no means is this a deal breaker, not even close! I hope this was helpful, I personally think Samsung makes quality products and this is one of them.

Good vacuum for the price works good. Very simple to use

Works great, just has a very high pitched noise. If it wasn't so loud I would have given it 5 stars.

Great vacuum cleaner for general cleaning. Not pet hair friendly.

This vacuum has great suction for the price,. The appliance is made of all plastic and is not super durable. I am hoping I am wrong but I don't see a long life for this in our house because we sweep everyday.
