Best Buy service isn’t what I’m giving 5 stars for but I am definitely giving this dish washer 5 stars!!! I absolutely love how quiet it is! I also love that I can control it with my phone. It also has a neat feature that projects the time onto the front of the handle so you can see how long it has before being done!! Cleans very well. I was confused on how to load it correctly but was able to figure that out pretty quickly. So all in all I would say this dishwasher is the perfect buy for your money

I replaced a Bosch with this black stainless Linear Wash by Samsung, and am very happy with the decision. It’s quieter - nearly silent. And when it finishes, it plays some tones and cracks open the door to aid the drying process. The third rack and easily adjustable height for the middle rack make loading quick. And the dishes come out clean, and dry.

Great dishwasher, Super quiet! When it's running, you can't hear it. Time on door shows you that it is on. I head read other reviews about dishes not getting dry, because of no heat dry cycle. This is not a problem because dishwasher has a fan at the end of the cycle that automatically goes on and door automatically pops open a few inches. Very versatile and adjustable racks an tines. Flip down option for larger pots or mixing bowls. 2nd rack will go up or down 2 inches to accommodate lower or upper rack. 3rd level good for utensils and other small items. The normal cycle seems a bit long at 2 hours, but the express cycle for 60 minutes gets the dishes clean, so that's what we have used on a regular basis. Very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended.

Very well designed dishwasher. 3 trays, wifi connectivity through the smart things app, rinse aid storage and front display. Clean lines and silent operation. Well done, Samsung.

I love this washer and dryer set! The deep, wide washer allows for larger loads of clothing to be washed evenly and thoroughly. With the agitator, I’m able to wash a lot of my towels and linens together with no loud noises or interruptions. The agitator really gets the job done with no wear or tear to your clothes/linens. The W&D are both easy to use. The dryer is so quiet. I love the different settings. It has four different water temperature settings, four water levels and smartcare/eco settings. The nice tune it plays when your clothes are done washing and/or drying is so pleasant. I love this set!

I have no complaints. The black washer i purchased looks sexy and works great. I paid for the best buy delivery and they installed it for free. It plays a cute song when it's done. All my clothes have come out insanely clean. It's also super quiet during its cycle and it remembers my wash preference.

I got this set because I love the black color and the amount space there is for the laundry so they were on promotion for a good price . I have seen some reviews that made me skeptical after I had already bought my washer and dryer set due to the slow agitation of the washer. It doesn’t agitate fast like other washers I have had but so far I haven’t had an issue with my clothes not coming out clean or not smelling fresh after washing. The only thing is some of the wash cycles run long so I usually put on quick wash unless the clothes are super dirty.They work great so far. I’ll update if there are any changes

Amazing dishwasher!!! This unit is so quiet we keep forgetting it’s running. On several occasions I or my wife have opened the door because we forget it is running. We had a party recently and had 18 place setting in the machine and still had room for more!! I would highly recommend this unit and say it’s worth every penny.

We love this dishwasher. Cleans and dries the dishes nicely. Very quiet machine. Don’t even know it’s running. We would definitely recommend it. Love the color.

This machine is awesome! The quietest machine I have ever heard! I live in a 2 story house with an open floorplan. You hear everything happening in just about every room. So to try and run a load of dishes in a dishwasher can be irritating when you are trying to watch tv, have converstation with company, etc. But not with this one!! I forget sometimes that I have it going because I can't hear it. Lots of space, adjustable areas inside, easy to use, lots of wash options, and the best part: you clean the outside with a wet paper towel and if really dirty...a little soap! No more stainless steel cleaner!!! Love that! I highly recommend.

Amazing dishwasher that gets dishes squeaky clean! I’ve never had a dishwasher that’s as quiet as this one. It’s so quiet that you can be standing next to it and don’t even realize it’s running! Worth every penny.

While remodeling the kitchen in our recently purchased home we replaced all our appliances at Best Buy. We had been looking at a different brand dishwasher that was not available anytime soon. We decided to purchase this Samsung and to say we are pleased is an understatement. From the Best Buy installation to the ease of use to the silence of this machine while running it is amazing. Everything comes out remarkably clean and number of cleaning options are endless. A definite value packed dishwasher.

This is the most quiet dishwasher I’ve ever had! It does an excellent job. I don’t understand why it takes so long to wash. A quick wash is 60 minutes a normal wash is 2 1/2 hours. It seems excessive to me. The door pops open an inch or so at the end of the complete cycle to allow air in.

It’s been about a month and we are living this dishwasher! It is even removing old stains from plastic. So quiet I cannot even tell that it is running.

This dishwasher is so quiet if it didn’t beep you wouldn’t know it’s running. Cleans well very happy I purchased. Highly recommend this unit.

The Samsung washer does a excellent job on my cloths. This one is a keeper. I have no complaints. After cloths are finished. You will hear a nice melody. Cloths came out clean. Lots of room to wash a king size comforter. I want to add. The washer use half the time to clean and clean very good. The down side to me. The buttons seem kind of cheap. The washer is not loud. It’s good and worth keeping

We’ve had our Samsung dishwasher for about two weeks and it developed a leak out the front door at 2:04 minutes during regular cycle. Since we just purchased the unit, we decided to exchange it for a different brand. The unit is very quiet and we love the digital time display.

This dishwasher is so quiet, with our kitchen next to the family room. We can run the dishwasher at any time and not be bothered with noise. And it cleans great.
