Here's the problem, this adapter does not work on TVs earlier than 2014, or at least it doesn't work on my Samsung Smart TV I bought in 2011. It did work on my 2014 TV, but the funny thing was I didn't need the adapter to stream video to the newer TV. So, all in all this was an unnecessary and useless device. I gave it two stars because it did work for the newer TV, but again, it wasn't needed.

Great picture, charging not working

It is an easy plug and play use with no drivers or any additional software needed to use. However, when I try to plug a micro usb into the charging port my connection goes through a constant disconnect - connect cycle, making it non functional. Functionality returns once the cable is removed. I have tried multiple cables and the power supply is the one that came with my Note 3. If that worked I would have not problem giving this a 5.
