Do not buy open box items

I went on vacation and came back home to use it, and it did not work. I went back to the store to return it, and I was 1 day late from being able to return or exchange it. 15 days is all you get if not satisfied with the product.

Samsung needs to get there act together
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This product was recommended by Samsung, for my SAMSUNG Galaxy S4 mini - this product Failed to deliver!! It would not fit my phone, or for that matter any of the other Galaxy 4 or 4 mini's that we tried it on! US Cellular could not understand why it did not work with the phones as it should have, also stating that the charging spots are now universal on most phones and it should have worked with it...it Did however work in a MotoX....hmmmm, same size charging port but why did it work with the MotoX but not the SAMSUNG Galaxy...Notice I stress SAMSUNG, being it is a SAMSUNG device.... I took it back to Best Buy and the Samsung sales person just said, "eh, yeah, they don't seem to be working well with the Galaxy 4" so I was then directed to a different type of device instead, it doesn't do as well as this would have but it works for now. Thank goodness I got my money back to buy something else...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY IF YOU HAVE A SAMSUNG GALAXY 4 OR 4 MINI!!!

I feel like in 2016 there should be a way to connect a phone through hdmi port on the go without having to use casting services that requires WiFi especially when travelling and free WiFi isn't always safe.
